A licensed and nationally Certified Professional Inspector (CPI), Lee brings a depth of knowledge to your home inspection from professional roles in facilities management and is OSHA 30 certified in safety. Lee educates clients about their home and provides a detailed analysis of home systems and components, with easy-to-read, same-day reports, and provides on-site post-inspection debriefings after every inspection.

Pre-purchase inspections are the most common types of home inspections. They can occur prior to, or after an offer is made on a home. I wish I would've known about Lee and his company when I bought my house. He was much more thorough than the home inspector my real estate agent worked with. He didn't mind me following along and communicated very clearly what he sees. Also he was great with my animals one of my cats did a flying leap trust catch test and he caught him lol. The report he sends you matches what he tells you and he provides great clear pictures of everything. Definetely worth every penny and he was less than half the price I paid before and I didn't even get a report close to the quality of his. Also

We contacted Doran Home Inspections after closing on our first home, and I'm so glad we did. Lee went above and beyond our expectations. He prepared a detailed, thorough, and well documented report. When he first arrived, Lee walked the property with me and noted any key areas of my concern. Immediately after completing the inspection, he stepped line by line with me through the draft report, explaining the issues and possible solutions. I received the final version of the report the same day, complete with plenty of detailed photos, captions, and graphics.

Leland performed an inspection on an investment property that I've owned for 27 years and I was preparing my home for sale. I had him perform a pre-inspect on the home and it turned up some items that I was not aware was present. I have those items repaired by professional contractors and I am confident that my home will pass inspection with its future homeowners. I was very pleased with his service and follow up.
