In order to make the transition to our office smoother for you, we have created a New Patient Center with everything you need to get started.
At Custom Eyes Optique & Eyecare, we value your time. In an effort to save you time in our office, you can complete the New Patient Forms prior to arriving at our office. There are two options below for completing your New Patient Forms. The easiest and quickest way is to complete them online. This avoids the need to print and bring with you.
At Custom Eyes Optique & Eyecare, we strive to meet all of your eye and vision care needs. Corrective lens evaluations and prescription management are provided by our optometrist in Frisco. After a comprehensive eye and vision evaluation, Dr. Christa Kim will discuss the variety of contact lens options with you to select the type that best fits your vision needs and lifestyle.
A routine eye examination covers a comprehensive eye health check as well as a prescription for glasses. A separate contact lens fit is required to determine the contact lens prescription. This contact lens prescription is often different from the glasses prescription. A: The doctor determines a diagnostic contact lens to dispense to the patient.

I went to Custom Eyes with an unusual request. Meeting with Hwa and Cara was a welcome experience as they listened and provided both feedback and opinions on my needs. I felt as if I was being served by professionals with real personalities, not boiler plate comments. I would really recommend this location to others

The doctor and the office staff are unbelievably rude. The doctor very rudely snapped at me for trying to help my daughter understand the instructions as she was reading the eye chart, she apologized for being rude when I brought it to her attention. After a year, I decided to try again (I wasn't planning on going back) only to have them tell me they felt it better I go somewhere else because I addressed the rudeness of the doctor. So in the end, it's the customers fault the doctor was rude and for addressing it with her.

Efficient and precise optometrist that I'd recommend to friends and family. Dr. Kim was able to get me an accurate prescription that helped me see better without stressing my eyes.
The office is also cozy and modern with caring and professional staff. They have a good selection of frames and sunglasses.

Dr Kim was referred by my work colleague. We have been visiting Custom Eyes for all our family Optometry needs since last two years. We have been very happy with Dr Kim and her support staff. Best part i like about Kim is that she does not force her patients for prescription glasses instead she gives good tips and recommend changes to help strengthen eyes and improve vision.

I really enjoyed my first visit at Dr. Kim’s office. Her team is super friendly and the office is clean. Dr. Kim was so knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. She was personable and easy to talk to about my eye care needs. The equipment seems to be advanced and I was overall very pleased with the whole experience! 5 stars all around!
