Our mission is to revitalize the way you receive eye care. We do this well by practicing preventative eye care with a focus on patient education, empowerment and the highest standard of patient care, all while creating a fun and relaxing experience for all of our patients at our office. We aim to create an experience unlike any other you have ever had from the moment you walk into our office to your last step out.
Prior to founding Motiveyes Eye Care, Dr. Mina had been serving the DFW elderly community in nursing homes and assisted living facilities since 2016. She is very excited to serve families in Plano and all the surrounding cities through her private practice, Motiveyes Eye Care, established in 2019. She is passionate about caring for the eyes of her patients as a part of the whole body.
Our practice focuses on a thorough examination of the entire eye health, addressing all of your concerns and educating you on how to maintain the best ocular health possible. Dr. Mina is praised for her excellent communication and team approach to eye care with all of her patients. Without any abnormal findings at birth and at home, babies are recommended to have their first eye exam as early as 6 months of age, but absolutely by 2 years of age.

At Motiveyes, we offer contact lens fittings for every need and every age. We recommend contact lens brands based on the unique structure and health of every patient's eyes. At every new contact lens fitting, we ensure each patient leaves our office confident in their ability to insert, remove and care for their newly dispensed contact lenses.

Dr. Mina is excellent - She took the time to answer all of my questions and rather than simply just giving me a RX and sending me on my way, she went through helpful exercises I can do throughout the day to keep my eyes from fatiguing. She explained how my eyes were functioning and how I could improve them. Scheduling and checking in were painless as well. I appreciated being able to do all of the paperwork prior to the appointment from my home. I highly recommend Dr. Mina and Motiveyes.

I must admit, I wasn't sure what to think of at first being seen by an optometrist at Sam's Club. I've always gone to the ones with their own clinics/buildings. But I'm glad I decided to try Dr. Sally Mina. The office itself is no-frills, a bit snug but is clean. But Dr. Sally Mina's expertise more than makes up for what the physical venue lacks. Dr Mina is very knowledgeable about dry eye disease. She gave me details about dry eye disease that other doctors never mentioned to me. She’s extremely passionate about what she does and she cares a lot about her patients. Her rate is friendly for people who don’t have insurance.
Her clinic is independent and not associated with any corporate. The location of her clinic could be miss leading and I had that impression till I talked to the doctor.

I discovered Motives in my general search after I noticed my prior Optometrist was saddling me with heavy bills for a whole littany of tests I didn't need. Sally Mina provided me with the best optometrist service. She listens to all aspects and recommends a clean fit. Response to appointments is very prompt and very efficient. I have visited the Eye Clinic twice and had a very good experience both the times. Doctor Sally is very patient, sweet, attentive and calm. She does not rush you through and takes the time to address all your concerns. Easy to get an appointment and I know she welcome walk ins as well on the days she is in the Clinic. Highly recommend this place!!

I had a ton of back n forth trying to schedule and every time they were extremely accommodating. They accept my insurance and we're close which is why I initially booked but the customer service is impeccable. I highly recommend this practice. I'm sad I'm moving to another area because they really are wonderful.
