Back pain is a problem that plagues many American adults. It is among the most common causes of ER visits and missed work days, but it is not an issue that you have to live with. If you are struggling with chronic back pain, visiting an orthopedic surgeon can help you restore your mobility and live pain-free.
Knees bear much of your weight, so they're extremely susceptible to work and sports-related injuries. If you injure a weight-bearing joint such as your knee, it can be debilitating. Our board certified orthopaedic surgeon, Dr. Komanduri is dedicated to providing state-of-the-art treatment and comprehensive care.
The shoulder joint is one of the most complex in the body, capable of moving with a wider range of motion than any other joint. Because of its complexity, it is also highly susceptible to a number of different injuries, which may affect the bones, ligaments, tendons, or muscle tissues within the shoulder.
If you have symptoms such as limited range of motion, change in sensation, swelling, discomfort, finger joint pain or stiffness, warmth or redness. Though injuries of the hand, elbow, or wrist may not compromise your ability to walk and get around, having limited use of your hands can severely diminish your quality of life.

Dr. Komanduri is wonderful to work with. He is compassionate, caring, charismatic, trustworthy and professional. He is so knowledgeable and is very good about explaining everything in a way that I could understand. Everyone I have had interactions with in the office, including Vedie, Beth and Melissa have all been very kind, understanding and helpful. The physical therapy side is also excellent to work with. Jon and the other physical therapists are so attentive and very knowledgeable and gave me tools that I could use after my therapy was done.

After suffering a labrum tear in my shoulder in a car accident, I went to Dr. Komunduri for surgery and Jon for physical therapy. I cannot recommend MK Orthopedics enough! The staff is friendly and accommodating, Jon is attentive and addresses my concerns, and Dr. Komunduri’s work on my shoulder has me back to doing the things I love. T

I initially saw Dr. Komanduri after another local orthopedist missed a break in my shoulder following a snow skiing accident. Dr. K found, and fixed, the break. Once that pain had diminished, I realized that I also had significant pain in my knee as a result of significant cartilage damage. This caused me to have pain anytime I went up/down stairs, walked more than a light amount. I really enjoy walking, especially walking tours in new cities and was not looking forward to a life being unable to do those things. Dr. K performed a MACI surgery that placed cartilage (grown in a lab using my cartilage
