Peace Of Cake

Quick response and turn-around on a college graduation cake. The women were wonderful, as was the cake. Highest recommendation for this great little bake shop.

We wanted an informal wedding cake and Peace of Cake delivered. It tastes as beautiful as it looks. 😋

Oh man, the selection was huge! The chocolate flour less tart with raspberries and chocolate covered strawberry hit the spot. The little town is quaint.

I ordered 3 different varieties (bride & groom's favorites) of cheesecake (peanut butter, salted caramel and vanilla with fresh fruit on top) to serve as dessert for a rehearsal dinner for 34 people in September at a local restaurant. The cheesecakes were outstanding. Peace of Cake kindly sliced each of the large cheesecakes into 12 slices and each piece looked beautiful when served, having either the peanut butter cup, fresh fruit or drizzled caramel on each slice. The crust was also excellent, tasting like a crunchy shortbread cookie, and the filling was rich while being light and creamy. All

The beat cakes on the Eastern Shore. Very fresh, delicate, and rich baked goods that will satisfy even the most discerning dessert connoisseur.
My only regret is that they close at 3pm which pretty much makes it impossible to pick up cakes from them if you are a working person.

We ordered a blueberry lemon cake for our daughter's baby shower last month. It was the most incredible tasting cake I have EVER had...I thought their strawberry shortcake was my favorite, but now I have to choose between the two! Honestly, everything they make is wonderful, and they are so easy to deal with.

We're new to KI and stopped in for a treat. Bought two tarts and individual cheescake with berries, all were delish! We'll be going back for more.

My family has been so fortunate to get all of our special occasion cakes and cookies from Peace of Cake for years now. They made all of the cakes for my Sweet 16, High School and College Graduations, and numerous other special life events. We stopped at this bakery while in the area searching for a cake to celebrate my daughter's graduation. While they did not have any cake in the case that worked for us, we did get several other baked good and everything was great.

My husband and I got married 12/12/20 after having to reschedule for a third time. It has been one thing after another with vendors and rescheduling due to covid. We made a last minute decision to get married.… We had no plans other than to get married, grab a quick dinner and head home. When we arrived to Blackwall Hitch in Annapolis we were greeted to a wonderful decorated room and an AMAZING BEAUTIFUL cake. AMAZING!! What we tried; cinnamon roll, chocolate croissant, cheesecake and pear almond tart were all excellent and very delicious. We would get all four again. Some of the best versions of each of them,… that we've ever had. Looking for a reason to go back over the Bay bridge just so we can stop there and try more. Heck, the more we talk about it, the more they might be the reason. Highly recommend!!

Scheduled a cake tasting for our August reception although the bakery was closed due to COVID-19. The cake flavors were delicious and there were a lot of options for flavors as well as designs. Ultimately our reception was cancelled but since we put down a deposit we ordered a cake anyway similar to the one we originally ordered! We were offered our deposit back but wanted to support this business!

Absolutely delicious! Friendly employees. Cute little shop. I'm from out of town. The locals are very lucky to have such a delicious bakery on the island!! I'm sure we bought half the showcase!

If you are looking for The Best Bakery Ever this is it!!! I have been using Peace of Cake for 12 years and they always exceed my expectations. I drive from Annapolis without hesitation for every occasion I want to celebrate and absolutely love the quick scenic drive. Upon arrival the ladies will have you in and out unless your like me and find yourself pondering what else you'd like to take back as a treat to yourself or someone else. I had the strawberry shortcake yesterday at a 75th Birthday party I attended. I can't say enough good things about this cake. It was decorated beautifully. The cake was moist and delicious. I recommend highly peace of cake! I am having a bridal shower in September and I will definitely be ordering from Peace of cake!

There's not much happening in downtown Stevensville mid-week we discovered, but we found Peace of Cake Bakery was open, so, of COURSE, we had to try it out! We were not disappointed. We loved that they had individually wrapped treats, in addition to their whole cakes and pies. We tried a strawberry pop-tart and a raspberry scone. Both EXCELLENT! Flakey, buttery crust and delicious strawberry filling in the pop tart, and the scone was just right! Not to be missed if you're in this neck of the woods.

Our little family was in town for the day and we stumbled upon this cute little bakery. I can't resist a bakery. My three year old and I walked in and I was immediately taken in by the awesome looking cakes and pies in the case. Now, I can't buy a whole cake or pie because that's a problem... BUT, they had a bunch of cookies and little baked goods as well. We decided on a brownie and a cute watermelon-shaped sugar cookie. Both were delicious! If we're ever driving through again, I'd definitely stop back in!

Not shocked that all the reviews at this time are 5 stars. Small bakery doesn't have everything but anything they have is really good and if you want anything specific order in advance and they will have it. I am now a regular.
