A quick browse of my review history will tell you that I do my best to give people the benefit of the doubt; however, as seen with Bird Busters and others, there are a lot of bad eggs in Washington State. This guy is one of them.
He claims to specialize in buying your home cash out. This claim may be true if your home is already in a questionable state. However...
1: He'll tell you that he'll follow up...and won't. You call him, he'll say he was "just about to call you".
2: He won't give you any sort of indication as to how much he can offer you. Not even
