Vacuums don't work or have very little suction. More frustrating and time-consuming than it's worth.

Good car wash on my way out, vacuums all work and have good suction and the compressed air is really helpful in getting the dust out of small areas like the air vents and buttons.

Car left with spots not rinsed properly not dried well. Disrespectful aggressive attendants. Canceling membership after two washes

I stopped by this car wash for the first time the other day and had a great experience! You start by driving up to the payment kiosk and choosing your wash option. The three choices you have are $6 for basic, $10 for middle, and $16 for deluxe. I went with the $10 option since my tires were a little dirty and that one includes tire wash. Then you drive through the car wash, where an attendant will direct you what to do. After the wash, you have the option to dry, detail, and vacuum your car for FREE, which is great. They also have carts with microfiber towels, window sprays, fragrance sprays, etc

On today 10/15/2021 I took my 2020 Tundra truck to get it washed at the above location. The car wash knocked off the cover of my right side mirror. I talked to a Hispanic guy who said “Sorry we don’t cover that it never happened before.”I said I know this business has insurance. The guy continued to say sorry no insurance. I asked for the manager and he said I am the manager. Then he went and got another guy Andy Gonzales who said he was the manager. I asked him about the company fixing the damage, and he said they are not liable for damages. I asked to speak to the owner and they said he

Very impressed with car wash.. they offer free vacuuming, great cloths for cleaning the car and different cleaners too. Wonderful staff there!

Great wash. Plus they have the bug pre wash station before you go through so you can use a scrubber to loosen those nasty bugs of the front of your truck before you go through. Plus the staff there was super pleasant. Other then that, it's a car wash so... you know.

This car wash has been close more than open. It's customer service sucks. Can't find anyone to cancel my membership.
It's poorly managed. The idea to have invested so much money into a property and to not manage it properly. Just crazy.

There are plenty of spaces for vacuuming and cleaning out your car. The curly blue lines are great for blowing sand and small bits of trash out from under your front bucket seats and around them in the hard-to-reach areas also. It can also be used to clear the dust from your dash and air vents. The vacuums do a great job at cleaning out the remainder. Large trash cans are next to the vacuum units and looked as if they are emptied and new bags placed promptly. It was quick and easy to maintain a clean interior.

I wish I could give 0 stars instead.

There's a Quick Quack opening up 2 minutes away from this location. I would spend my money there instead.

This place has been very inconsistent with their wash bay. One day, there is plenty of soap.. then one day is just water.

It's been water for the last 2-3 weeks now and it's ridiculous.

I have a brand new bmw 168 miles on it
I thought it was a flaw in the car design
I took it to the dealership and we tested it many times and the plate cover never came off
This is my 7th bmw and I've never seen this before
I pulled out of the wash and got onto hwy 90 and a car stop me and said hey something is missing on your car
I speed back to car wash to make sure no one runs over my gas cover
The guys find it in the wash, not ran over
I'm thinking ok just s fluke
I go back 2 days ago and try it
Same thing my gas cap cover is taken off by the wash

Ive been trying to reach someone at this business in order to cancel my car wash membership for serval days now. I have left an email and tried calling the business multiple times. No one ever answers the phone and the voicemail is not set up. I've now been charged for my membership again. I think for a car service that offers memberships to have zero customer service over the phone or email is not ideal. I also had my car scratched at this location. I am very displeased.

Easy to find, clean and plenty of vacuum stations.

The price is definitely reasonable and they provide good service so I can't complain. This is my go to car wash place.

I plan to try their interior detail cleaning service once covid is over.

$26 for a monthly pass with tire shine and wax. You can wash and vacuum your vehicle everyday for less than a dollar a day. All these people with these negative reviews whining. Unbelievable. Y'all tell me where you are going to find a better deal?? I've lived in this neighborhood behind the car wash for 14yrs and y'all have made my life easier since opening.

The car wash wasn't the best.
What really made me upset is that the customer service was the worst. They refuse to let me run to the car wash again. They would not even consider it. They wanted to just clean it with a towel. It made me so upset.

Mom & wife called around for full detail shampoo, wax interior clean with seats wiped for my new/used crv for Christmas. They told mom and wife around 80 -as you can read in another listing below.. Mom goes to get it and they have a 130 card waiting with a tricky 10 bonus.. she asks why and they say oh he can do the detail and then just use this like a debit card after that..I plan the time, take the car seats out, and go with my mom the other day, and they tell us there is no detail for under 90 or 90 -even though they told them both that to buy the card... --she says it;s actually 40 to clean

Blue Fin has great employees who are very attentive and helpful. Facility is very clean. They cleaned my car very well and it looks like when I bought it from dealership. Highly recommend getting the detail packages if you want to get your car looking new.

This place is pretty great. The set up is DIY detailing with an automatic car wash/ride through kind of deal. It's good if you need a quick clean out.

They also offer detailing services for a price and they do a pretty good job.

My only complaint is that I've been flat out told "no" when I've asked for those services before. I was not given an explanation either.

You guys were not open.... I came to wash my car at 8:30 this morning and everything was locked up.... it says business hours 7:30am.....

Don't usually take the time to review, but first impressions are meaningful. I wouldn't tell the customer--after selling them on the $90 wash/detail package--that the process will take 30 minutes if it's going to actually be 2 hours. Actual job was solid on the outside and paneling was all cleaned well; carpeting however was still super damp/wet when we went to bed that night, so much so that I fear the car has a bit of mildew. Will not return.

I will say this first: Over the years no one will ever clean you car as well you do. That said Blue Fin Car Wash does a pretty thorough job and have(I think reasonable prices). New Facility: Indoor & Outdoor. State of the art machin

Just had my Escalade detailed. 5 stars , amazing job.

These guys did a really good job. Wanted to sell my car, so they asked me what my needs are and told me the best service to get them. Also he did the interior for free. I got a detailing, wax and engine cleaning. My car looks almost new!!!!

On Sunday, October 21st, at approximately 10:15 am, my wife took her Ford Expedition to this car wash. She was excited about its opening, as it is close to other businesses she frequents during the week. When she went through the car wash, the machinery inside the wash RIPPED her passenger side windshield wiper completely off of her SUV.

When she immediately notified the nearest employee of the incident, said employee retrieved her (by now destroyed and mangled) wiper blade from the wash and told her that they were not responsible for any damage to vehicles. She asked to speak to a manager
