They did a wonderful job on the vehicle I took up there to get cleaned. The seats were horrible and and spills all over them and now you can't even tell.

The manager Chris and his employees are liars and thieves. My car was damaged here. They did not take accountability. He does not respect women and only treated like a person once another man got involved.
I never got my refund or an apology.
Please save your money, time, sanity and patience…do not come here

I had my car hand washed by them recently and they did an excellent job. My car was shining after they were done with it. The price was reasonable, can't remember how much I paid, but it was between $35-$50 for just exterior hand washing. I will definitely have them detail the car soon. I was trying them to make sure I liked their work first. I definitely would recommend them.

Paid 100.00 for inside and out cleaning. Although the inside was vacuumed and shampoo, the car was given back very dusty, dirty. Basically paid 100 for exterior and a quick wipe down on the inside.

They did an better job on my car this time. They had enough help. I come here for my car cleaning all the time. They almost lost my business, but now I will continue to stay.

Unprofessional people!! I pay $85 for clean & carpet shampoo, when there after 6hrs and they forgot to do carpet shampoos and between the seats still too dirty, after I complain to (jose manager )he told me f. Off, I dont know how they but this guy a manager and he don't know how to talk to customers!

I paid for an oil change and inspection done here. Long story short: they did not complete the oil change or change/top off any fluids. The manager will not return my calls.
This place has a new name, but it is the same employees. The do periodic name changes so they can clear off bad reviews. Check them out on Yelp - 1.5 star review average. I wish I had checked first.

First time here but I made the mistake of not checking the reviews first. I got a simple wash and dry and the results were decent. But the manager/owner was very rude and had an attitude from the moment I rolled my window down. They need better customer service.

Horrible! They don't know how to clean my car and stole my phone charger, tried calling several times and the employee hung up on me because he didn't speak English. Very rude and no since I'd customer service at all!

These people are a bunch of rip offs, I cancelled my membership due to damage done on my vehicle which they will not accept responsibility for.
My membership just renewed 5 days ago and they also refused to reimburse me for the remaining of the month. So I paid $50 for a car wash which wasn't done right and they also damaged my vehicle. Very very poor customer service and rude

They do a good job but they started some strange rules recently.. if there are bugs on your car you have to pay $5-$10 extra.. if there is mud on your car it's $10 extra. Also they have issues with their credit card reader and the owner insists it's your card and not his machine. This has happened the last three times I've been there. He'd rather insult the customers than get his reader fixed.

If there was another option this close by.. I'd probably try them.

Never have I ever been yelled at, at a car wash! Especially not by the owner. Horrible customer service, will not attempt to go back. I would rather my car be detailed by a toddler with rocks in their hand then come here.

Been coming here for about a year now and today I have received the most ridiculous service ever. I paid almost $30 to get my car cleaned like I paid $16 I still have stains everywhere in my car and the manager was really rude to me.

Car wash is fine. It takes quite a while even when not busy. The service is horrible, staff is rude and I was yelled at for asking a question. Ridiculous

First time coming here and not only did the trim of my grille come off but they ran it over. Management could care less and pointed to the sign Clearing him and his staff from all damages. Been to many car washes and if anything ever happens they immediately direct you to their body shop or mechanic. If I were you I would avoid coming here. They sure did take my 30$ as I was being told I would have to cover the damages cause by this car wash.

I've been coming here for the past 3 months! And I LOVE IT! They detail your car without paying a fortune. They do a great job and they make sure you're happy once you leave!

Came here for the $ 34.99 car wash, it says air freshener of your choice, went inside to pay, I said I wanted the Jasmine air freshener, he said I got to pay extra for it, I said your ads outside says air freshener is included, he said not anymore! I asked him if he's the owner, he said his son was the owner, I said you need to change your ads outside it's deceiving!!! I end up paying additional $ 3.99 for stupid air freshener, this will be my last time here, service was louzy and it's a rip off to have to pay air freshener when u already paid $ 34.99 for the car wash! FIND OTHER

Worst car wash in Houston. If you like to deal with terrible staff and poor services this is the place for you. Otherwise stay away. Any automated car wash at any gas station will do a better job than this people. You have been warned.

Beware! This business will try to use a bat to assault you! I got lost and getting directions and they charged at my vehicle while kids inside my vehicle. Manager pulling my mirrors trying to break them. I have no idea why but have no respect for families. I came all the way from California for the holidays. This literally happened in the middle of the day at 2pm.

Full service carwash very reasonable pricing. Tough to find places to wash your car these days where a complete job is done. Car is very clean and I am happy.
