Two mitts, many towels, two washing machines and three buckets. We employ a genius system that keeps dirt and debris out of our mitts and away from your car's paint. This is the closest car wash we found near by. I was driving a Honda(not sure that makes the customer service difference).
A man with(don't like his job) unhappy face comes up said $30 base wash. I ask what will be done. He stepped back like we gonna leave, and I ask him again, he answer with no patience. there is a $50 whatever wash he said with attitudes he reply. I want my car to just to be washed good so I did the $50 one. But I probably won't go back, cause I feel they only want to wash nice car and people who look rich. Lol

Dropped car off for a normal wash and vacuum which was around $26, I think it's a bit pricey but in this area of town no problem. So I leave my car and come back to pick it up my wheels are black and 22" they are completely covered in dirt they didn't even attempt to clean them, no tire dressing at all on tires. If it's $26 just to wash the body please say that, and I'll take my business elsewhere.

Came here because my usual place was closed for the day and I needed my car washed, it's super close to where I live so it was convenient, but right off the bat I had some questions since I've never been to this place before, the staff couldn't answer my questions and the manager was snappy to me a little rude and wasn't helpful, instead just seemed like he wanted to get my car washed and gone. I don't enjoy writing bad reviews but I just really did not have a good experience here. The car wash was pretty good but it wasn't anything my usual place couldn't do

Brought in my 2019 GLE Mercedes for an eighty dollar plus tip wash. When I drove up, apparently the owner or manager approached the driver side of my vehicle..not very welcoming nor inviting and I asked if he had a menu. He flatly stated that he was the menu and quickly ran thru the pricing options.
I made my selection....Again...an eighty dollar selection. Thru the process, they attempted to give me a baby seat which I did not own and attempted to give me the keys to another Mercedes, which I did not own.
For the price, I am thinking my vechicle will be popping, shinning...and glowing....

I am very happy with the results of my seat shampoo. It was ridiculously priced though in my opinion from researching and shopping around after the fact. $75 for my two front seats was overpriced. I was quoted ~$125 for my backseat (I can't remember the exact number. It's been a couple weeks.) My seats simply had a slight odor from vinegar and oranges. I would recommend this place to someone who doesn't mind not getting the best deal possible but values good work. They worked fast and thorough on my seats. I give them that!

Came here about a month ago for the first time. Enjoyed the services here, Derek even removed the red paint that I had from someone else's car door. Car was already finished and he went over the job, saw the issue and handled it immediately.
I only gave 4 stars because I felt just a little more attention to detail could have given....that's all.
I also appreciate the incentive of a free sangria at Mia Bella's nearby. Will return.

This was the first car wash to offer buffing out a scratch on my car I thought I would have needed to go to a body shop for which I didn't have time to do, they got it done and it looks great! They also did a spot shampoo and have my car looking new again. And the prices were amazing and they were quick. Clean environment and social distance although no mask were worn they had space.

Came in for a simple combo wash. Had some dried up bugs and some mud on the side of my door. The manager Derek who I thought at first was very generous takes extra initiative to remove these bugs for me. However, the chemical he used and the pink rag he used left residue all over my driver door and front bumper. He obviously saw the residue without me telling him and goes to grab his buffing machine. No help, the residue is still there! He suggest that I do a clay and compound buff to remove the residue. I told him I would wait, please remove the residue. Then he starts hollering saying am I suppose

They cleaned my very muddy car after a road trip to Colorado. They did a great job and just missed the dirt on the mat of my trunk. The manager resolved the issue right away. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back as there is no mask enforcement for customers. There were a total of four customers inside(including myself) and three were unmasked. Really uncomfortable, especially since I am not vaccinated. Just a warning to those who care about wearing masks right now.

I had high hopes for this hand car wash, but was not super impressed. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't great. I have a white car and when I left and parked the car, I was able to see several areas that appeared like they were missed. I had to touch up areas myself. In my mind, the point of a hand car wash is the attention to detail and the special care taken, that a drive-through machine wash would not provide. Seems like the attention to detail part was missing here. I did get the basic wash, so maybe you have to spend a lot more money, and you get a better wash, I am not sure.

TERRIBLE. The guy at the front desk Derek, sold me a 74 dollar package for deep cleaning. They didn't even vacuum the back of my car. I told him that I didn't think the car was ready. He told me that the car is ready and that's the service that they offer. He was very aggressive since the beginning, I told him that I don't think it's fair, and asked to speak with the manager and he told me that he was the general manager, he got frustrated, took off his mask started closing his fists and told me "you're getting real close buddy

$148 dollars for a car wash and THIS PLACE BROKE MY CAR, then made me feel like it was no big deal because I drive a 2005.
The broken car part is the least worst part of this review. The way Derek treated me is why I spent the time to write this.

This car wash enforces masks inside their business and for all of their employees. Their prices are very comparable to the other hand wash places that I frequent, but I ended up here that day because it was much less crowded. I waited a reasonable amount of time for them to complete the handwash on my car and was really satisfied with their work. I would come here again, when i'm in a rush, and not looking for a longer detail job.

Great place for a hand wash- the detail is not worth the money. $260 Executive Detail was more like a $40 car wash. Dog fur still all over the carpet, wheel wells not cleaned, remote steps not cleaned. I noticed the side mirrors had not been cleaned, so I mentioned that before I left and I should have looked more closely before I left.
I have used them for a basic wash and it was fine, but there is no difference between the $40 and the $260 wash!

(2016 Lexus GS F -- 4-door sports sedan that received intensive clay bar detailing in 2019 (77.05, including tip; 20-25 less elsewhere, where I receive very good service)) (please don't take offense that I usually go elsewhere--I thought I'd stop at your place out of convenience); no real mess inside (light vacuum only); heavy dust outside; wheels and tires did need some work) I don't know how many folks worked on
