I started off a happy customer but their consistency has dropped off. I started using them around May 2021 and everything was great. However, in November I dropped off some cashmere v-neck sweaters a few merino wool sweaters and when I got them back they hung them like a button down shirt. You can see in the photos attached how they hang sweaters. The problem is when you do this, it stretches the necks and leaves indentions from the hanger that stays when you put the sweater on. Every dry-cleaner has always folded them and them on the hanger, including the Supercenter. I'm not sure what happened

I have been taking my dry cleaning here for years, even though it is not really convenient for me, which says a lot. Their service has always been professional, fast and fairly priced, making them superior to other cleaners I've tried. Another thing I appreciate is my clothes don't have a heavy chemical smell.

Hands down the best dry cleaner in the city!!! I've been dropping my clothes off here for about a year and the experience has been amazing.
The team here is tremendous. They address me by name and that means a lot. They also do a great job with my clothes. The service is efficient and timely. The staff is very attentive and friendly. To find a reasonably priced cleaner that has a winning team and great service is rare.

I am very picky when it comes to dry cleaners, and I decided to try this place out based on the reviews. No regrets at all - they are timely, professional, and decently priced (though I am definitely the type of person who would overpay for dry cleaning for peace of mind that my clothes will not get lost or ruined). They also have a drive-through system which is amazing if you don't come during peak hours. A little confusing to get to based on the roads, but plenty of parking out front as well if you decide to forego the convenience. Anyway - highly recommend to everyone looking for a reliable

FIVE STARS!!! This is a wonderful family owned business you can feel good about supporting. The employees are so warm and lovely. They care for their customers and the items their trusted with like I've never experienced, and probably because it's the owner himself who's there setting the tone.
