I did not have my slip with me, this in the past has not been an issue. I was asked what my name was and how to spell it three times, each time being told they had nothing under that name. Eventually she did the search by phone number and came up with my name. I was told in a condescending tone that that was not the name I had given her. I responded that I knew how to pronoun and spell my own name. To which she responded that I obviously didn't as that was not what she had heard. I'm astonished that people who are that rude are allowed to work with customers.

You shouldn't hire stupid people to run your business. Almost $5.00 to starch and press a shirt just because it's a women's work shirt not a man's ?! A man' s shirt is less than $1.50 with your coupons. Then I get some BS story that you have to iron a women's work shirt by hand. what??? When these work shirts come by to me by your competition they are obviously machine pressed. Maybe you should get your car blinker fluid checked.

I was excited to try this cleaner, based upon the friendly demeanor and 25% coupon that you can use on services. Unfortunately, this place of business is a letdown.
Dropped off military uniforms to be cleaned, creased, and starched and picked up on a Thursday. When I went to pick up the garments, one of the shirts were in transit back to the facility because it came back without creases, the attendant at the counter asked if I'd received a phone call which she was under the assumption had been placed to notify of the issue with the shirt. I told her no, and that I'd like a call back

I will never take my clothes here again. not only are they overpriced but when they gave me the wrong pair of slacks they would not take them back or replace them. I addressed this with the manager several times being assured that she would talk to the owner. this went on for over four months with the manager telling me that she hadn't heard anything from the owner. my last trip I finally got her to call the owner in my presence. If I could give this place 0 stars or negative, I so would. Took my sons JROTC uniforms to be cleaned. I have never been charged so much, and I've had them cleaned at several places. When I confronted the manager, she said I could take it up with the owner. What should have cost at most $25, ended up being over $55! Plus they don't take precautions with buttons so they either cracked or broke 5! Plus the "creases" we're anything but. I'm new to the area and thought how nice it would be to have my dry cleaner right next to the grocery store where I shop. Was I ever wrong! I brought my Pottery Barn silk quilt here to be dry cleaned. When I got it back it had black plastic melted in the upper left hand corner. (See pic) On October 26th, Alya said they would make it right as that's not the quality of work they provide. They sent it off to be cleaned again. I knew it couldn't be cleaned because it's MELTED PLASTIC ON SILK, but to go through the motions

I was so happy to have a reasonably priced (so I thought) cleaners within a few minutes of my house. I've been there a handful of times and yes, with the coupon the men's laundered shirts are reasonable - but anything else is outrageous. So, I was just taking laundered shirts there because it was convenient. Unfortunately, you either get great service or HORRIBLE service. The last 2 times I went the customer service was so bad, the new employee wanted to argue with me about my 5 year old cotton shirts that i get laundered every month, she said they needed to be dry cleaned?!? I have been here three times, and I was excited about the location. The first time I went in she gave me a coupon for being a new customer. This first experience was perfect. The next time I went in I presented a coupon upon pick up that was advertised on the back of my Kroger receipt. The lady demonstrated a serious lack of customer service and refused my coupon. Trip 3: I went in this week to give them a redemption because they are in a convienant location. I am so outraged at what I paid for dry cleaning for 3 dresses never in my life have I paid $30 for three dresses and that was with thier$10 discount grand opening discount. what a rip off. I only went here because it is close to my neighborhood and it was the grand opening never again and I will certainly not recommend it. They also charged me a 5% fuel charge!
