I have been taking my dry cleaning here with no problems for over a year. In the past 2 months I noticed small rips in the shoulder sleeve area of my $120 work dress shirts. I took one of my shirts up there to complain and they said they would repair the rip on both sides in the same spot. When I picked up the shirt they charged me $9 for the repair???? I couldn't believe they charged me for their issue but this is where it gets better. I got home and checked my other same dress shirts and they also had rips in the same exact spots. I went back to try and resolve the issue and talked to the manager

After taking my brand new king sized White comforter here to be cleaned, I have experienced rip after rip after rip. Though the cleaner repaired it, they missed one. After taking it back they said they can no longer clean it anymore because it is ripped. You ripped it tho, it’s my bad experience not a bad company. Just stating what happened.

I gave these guys a try with my shoes (replacing full sole and heals). Very dissatisfied with the work done.
There were huge nails in the heals and rest of the work was worst I seen. I asked the representative why the work was not right, she had no answer, or cared to fix problem. Will not be using these guys in future.
Terrible customer service.

SIMPLY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
I went in to collect my shoes earlier this week, on Friday, after I was told the previous week when I dropped them off that they would be ready on Thursday.
They checked my ticket in the computer, frowned and asked, "did someone call you?". I said no, but I was told they'd be ready on Thursday. They raised their voice and said, "Someone needs to call you, that's how it works."
I told them that I wasn't told that, I was told Thursday. They said they had a 10 day policy. I repeated that I wasn't told that, I was told Thursday. They said, "Oh no, it's 10 days, that

I've been coming to this dry cleaners for a few years, it was convenient since I live close by, has a drive thru.
I've never had anything to complain until now, earlier in September I took a few pieces including a Marino Wool sweater that I recently wanted to wear with an outfit, until I discovered that had holes all over the sleeves, my shoulder and at the bottom of the sweater both front and back.
I proceed to take it with the little yellow tag that has the date my name and number along with my purchase receipt and the item. The Manager called and and right away put the blame on me for not

My FAVORITE dry cleaner!!! I have tried other dry cleaners, but by far they are the cleanest and provide excellent service. Reasonable price and quick service. Very nice and professional staff. Really convenient to have drive thru drop off/pick up. I will continue to use them for all my dry cleaning. I give them my highest recommendation!!!
