As part of an extensive home remodel Lord Shah recommended the replacement of our existing water heater with a tankless water heater. I was interested to find out about Mr. Lord Shah’s newest business, Tanlkless R Us, when it was time for me to replace our water heater with a tankless system. Lord, in very consistent fashion, spent time explaining the different options, and was present for all of the installation. He went above and beyond To understand that further construction was going to happen in that area of the house to make sure he understood what was planned for and that the installation of the tankless unit was perfectly integrated in what would become future construction.
