Jaime and Fernando were the best at detecting and repairing a significant gas leak in our house. We tried to schedule leak detection through CPL but they scheduled me days away and said we'd need to call a separate plumber to come out and cap everything before CPL came out. Leak Star came out that SAME DAY! And was able to do it all! Capping, detection, and repair! It took some time but he saw it through and finally found it! Had a major leak in our home, could hear the water running through the pipes but no water was coming out anywhere. Turned out to be a leak under our kitchen slab. I called and talked to Fernando and he sent out Jaime and Francisco that same day. It was a very tough leak to find since our plumbing is complicated with the additions and remodels over the years. On our way to burry my grandfather, we we’re driving in precession, one of their drivers cut off the vehicle that my grieving grandmother was in, he cut right into our line and flipped off my grandmother as he drove off. Very disrespectful to a grieving widow and family at such a hard time for us. I would never recommend this place.

I called Leak Star after looking at four other leak detection companies, and am I glad I did! I left a message that I suspected we had a slab leak, and Fernando called me back within ten minutes. He said he could have someone come by around 10:30. Michael and Matthew arrived on time. I cannot say enough great things about Timi and this company. We had a significant water leak in our kitchen. He came to our house within an hour and went straight to work. He found the source of our leak within an hour. He was very professional, friendly and hard working. He handled all the leak and water remediation for us. He also helped in showing us damage to the granite, as a result of the leak, that we would have missed that was covered by insurance. I called Timo on Wednesday and he called me back and set an appointment on Thursday at my lunch break and quoted me and was right on time Friday at 8 in the morning. He worked all day on my leak and was amazing. Hard work and honest and professional doesn't do him justice. He is what everyone hopes for when they have an emergency. Someone who actually cares about you and your situation and makes it better. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a plumber who isn't trying to rip you off and goes above and beyond what he needs to do but does even more.

We recently found a slab leak from one of our hot water pipes. We called Leak Star to do the repair, and Timo was able to reply quickly to our call and stop by the next day to confirm the type and location of the leak. He explained our options to us, made suggestions, and came and fixed the leak the next day. Timo and Mike rerouted the hot water from the faulty pipe through the walls. They also found and removed some mold from another smaller leak under the upstairs tub. They did a good job in less than the amount of time they had anticipated (about 5 hours). Timo is the best plumber I ever used. Friendly and professional. He detected and fixed my slab leak in a very timely fashion, and he spent extra efforts to make sure that the pipe reroute causes as little damage as possible to my home, which impressed me a lot. A lot of plumbers will just cut holes all over the house so it costs them as minimal efforts as possible, but he thought about the customers first. I called Timo when I noticed a leak in our yard. He was able to stop by at the end of his long day knowing that we were concerned. He informed with updates about his arrival time without me asking. He spent one hour that night, and additional 2 hours a day later helping with our issue. He was extremely thorough, patient, and was only focused on us, rather than thinking about making it to his next appointment. Timo helped us understand how the outside plumbing, drainage, and pool system work, which ultimately led to the detection of the leak. That was very educational for me.

I called Leak Star on a Monday around 11am and spoke to Timo who assured me they could be out to inspect a possible slab leak within a few hours. Sure enough he showed up at 3:30 and after a thorough inspection confrimed the leak and sugggesed we repipe around leak. Fast forward to Tuesday at 12pm and the work is complete. They were extremely neat and and even fixed my kitchen faucet. The best part is that the total cost was a lot less than I anticipated and even at the low end of what Timo had estimated. I would highly recommend Leak Star

Timo is amazing! He came by right on time and gave me an estimate for my re-pipe work. We were moving, and needed the job done fast and right for our incoming tenants. He really impressed me with his knowledge of the situation. I knew right away that he was more competent than anyone else who bid on the job. He gave me a great price, and the job was done professionally in a timely manner. Five months after the work, the re-pipe is rock solid. I had a slab leak coming up in the garage. I was not sure if it was from sprinkler valves outside or where? I called Leak Star about a month ago and spoke with Timo. He spent a lot of time on the phone trying to walk me through the problem. He was waiting for some new equipment so we held off on an appointment.
A few weeks later, I called again. Timo remembered me and came out the following day. Found the problem and scheduled the repair for the next day.

We had a faulty cartridge in our tub faucet, which caused water to continuously flow. We didn't want to waste water for days while waiting for our Home Warranty service call and parts order, so we contacted Timo at Leak Star. Timo at Leak Star did our repipe & we could not be more pleased. It just took a couple days & damage to drywall was minimal. Timo kept the water on almost the whole time & we didn't have to move out like our neighbors who's house was a mess for nearly a week & cost 3 times as much & they had to stay in a hotel.
