One star for me. Sorry, not sorry. Costumer service was not great. Not sure if the server was having a bad day or not.. took a while to get me and my girlfriend started. We got the all you can eat, and the meets were taking forever to get to Us, and once they did, every meat was very salty! Not sure if we came on a bad day or not, but every thing was very salty! Was not a good first experience for Us. But I would not come here again.

This place is a dream! The wait staff were all very kind and polite. They knew the menu and food well. We were seated near the bar away from the main tables but the severs definitely did not forget about us. The rodizio option was more filling than we could ever hope for. Various meats were offered, which servers cut for us. They just kept on stopping by! The ham and steak was especially tender the day I went. Not to mention the appetizers were super surprisingly tasty - plantains bread and rice - sounds basic but they made those really good! By the time we left we felt pregnant lol -

This is a great Brazilian bbq place, I have been to the Texas n Brazil place like 3 times... I gotta say Pampas .. has better tasting and more tender meat then they do... can't wait to come back n eat here again when the salad bar is up n operating again... love this place .. very friendly staff.., very professional !!!! I will be back

This review is specific to the customer service. It was around 1PM and I called to ask what is the wait time. The person who picked up the phone (Lori or Laura a name which started with an L) stated there is NO WAIT at that time. It took us about 10 minutes to walk to the place and I showed her my Groupon discount to the two hostesses.
They went to inform me the next table available is at 2:30-2:45PM.
The lady was very rude telling me if I don't want to get on the wait list step aside.

This is a decent and happily healthy find in the Miracle Mile of Las Vegas! As pescatarians, coming here was actually a welcome surprise as we were able to do all you can eat veggie and vegetarian plates at a decent not-so-Vegas-priced rate.
For meat eaters, I'm sure this would be an even bigger surprise of a find since you are able to get charcuterie style eating without a hefty price tag and with delicious taste to boot. The roasted veggies and black beans and rice were my favorite. I also loved the plantains and appetizer plate.

Christmas Day, it is my mom's birthday on Christmas. My mom's preference was a steakhouse. Every restaurant was closed or it was full of reservations. Pampas had openings, at first I was hesitant because i thought to myself, "why isn't this place crowded?" After the experience, I ask myself the same question because this place was AMAZING!!!
They offer so much food, mash potatoes, salad, stuffing, bread, cheese, ham...then the entrees come with different kinds of meat, filet mignon, filet mignon wrapped in bacon, chicken sausage, pork sausage, chicken, turkey, garlic sirloin

We received a gift certificate for this restaurant and decided to give it a shot. Upon arriving we were seated immediately. Our server was great and extremely attentive. He ensured we understood what was being brought out to our table and answered any questions we had. The food was fresh and delicious. We loved the meat and cheese platter they brought out at the beginning of the meal. The drinks were tasty and came out quickly. The gentlemen walking around with the meats were very sweet and ensured we had plenty. If there was a meat we hadn't tried, they brought it out to us quickly. Thank

We were reseated on a nice corner with less foot traffic. Our server took our drink order and immediately came back with a A charcuterie board that was pretty tasty! As our drinks arrived, we were approached y meat carvers almost every 10 minutes, who brought these tall skewered meats to our table, and carved a fresh slice at your request.
I have some big eaters! So we kept the meat carvers

I arrived in Las Vegas on October 8th. Once I checked in to the Polo Towers, I ordered dinner from Pampas at 630pm. My food was supposed to be delivered at 7:42pm. I literally didn't receive my food until 2 hours later. Needless to say, I was pissed. And, as I suspected, my food was cold.
Turns out that Pampas uses a 3rd party called Sauces, who in turn are affiliates of Uber Eats. Pampas didn't screw up my order... Sauces and Uber Eats were the bad actors. I wrote a stinging review blaming Pampas, when it was Sauces and Uber Eats who were 100% at fault!
However, my situation ended

We decide to wait.. I watch a couple get sat. After about 10 minutes they still had no food or drink. That was concerning. They finally seat us next to the couple I had been observing. They're eating now with NO DRINKS. I'm now concerned that this meal may be a disaster. I'd say the couple did not receive their drinks for a good 15-20 minutes. WOW.
My server arrives 5 minutes after being seated, terrible with the introduction

I've been to many Brazilian steak house and I would say this one has some perks and some things a bit different from a normal Brazilian steakhouse. I'll start with my favorite things first! Service was amazing. The waiter, hostess, and the meat server were OVERLY amazing. They were super accommodating and showed us great hospitality. The meats came over to us so fast and we chit chatted here and there. They expressed how they appreciate us coming in overly thanked us. The meat was pretty good and had a good variety. Wow I was really disappointed in another buffet and almost didn't come here! This changed my whole mood and day around!!! The staff are so friendly, made me feel welcomed and genuinely interested in what I wanted. They kept the meats coming 7 kinds! I loved the chicken leg and pork loin and sirloin are the best! They have a charcuterie plate was delicious and the salad was yummy too! Got a discount ticket from a friend so didn't have to pay much! The side dishes are sooooper yummy too!!!! Potatoes , rice n beans , plantains and the tomato sautéed veggies reminded me of Turkish food!

This place is a hidden gem. Seriously, if you want Vegas buffet feel with attentive and personable customer service stop by here!
The waiter made sure that all the cuts of meat that we wanted stopped by our table. The waiter also told us about their drink specials - they have all you can drink deals for an hour.
My friends wanted me to mention the butter biscuits as well- we got a whole bowl of them thanks to the waiter. They're so tasty.
Everyone was super friendly and willing to get us anything we need. I love this spot and we'll be back next time we're in town!

Was in Las Vegas so I decided to stop by Pampas to have a bite to eat. I normally try to take it easy with food while on the road but I was starving and this place had a lot of options for food. The staff is very friendly and they are complying with the COVID restrictions. However, their level of customer service did not slack. In fact the service was very overwhelming (in a good way that is..). With that being said, the place wasn't entirely full so I almost had my personal staff at my fingertips. That was a nice experience... now on to the food....
