I've used Easy Entertaining for several occasions, including a wedding. The staff is so responsive, helpful, and a breeze to work with. The food is fantastic and they've always been so flexible and accommodating, even when I've had last minute requests. They really put my mind at ease so that I could focus on enjoying the event.

The Pavilion at Grace offers stunning surroundings for events of any kind! This addition to downtown Providence's historic Grace Episcopal Church was completed in 2017. The 3,000 SF rental space boasts copper vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, a fireplace hearth, an adjacent 2,000 SF garden area for use in the warmer months and a stunning view of downtown Westminster Street.
The Providence Athenaeum offers an unforgettable backdrop for many types of events. Old world charm and thousands of books on open shelves create a feeling and spirit that is unique to the 200-year-old library. The 19th Century Greek Revival building is located on historic Benefit Street on the East Side of Providence, just minutes from downtown.

Kaitlyn, Mike, Frank, and the whole team at Easy Entertaining will exceed your expectations! This is the team you want catering your big day. All of our guests absolutely loved the food. From the cocktail hour to the dinner, everyone complimented the food during the reception and have been ever since. We went for the family-style option and everyone loved how it fostered conversation during dinner. It really was like one big family dinner amongst friends and family. Easy Entertaining catered my wedding in Bristol, RI and I can't recommend them enough. There staff were professional and went above and beyond for me on the day – always asking if they could help or assist me. We had rave reviews from our guests on the menu. My only regret was that I didn't get to eat more of the food!

We've used Easy Entertaining for two events and have absolutely love their delicious food and professional customer service. We have used both the delivery and pick up options and both are very easy and reliable. Their catering reps are professional, knowledgeable on the menu, and have thus far been very flexible. The food is absolutely delicious!!!! Nothing has disappointed and our guests have always commented on how delicious it is. Will definitely continue to support this small business for years to come!

Easy Entertaining Inc is known in Rhode Island for their catering and food services. But if you go to their site on Valley Street, you'll know how they make dining-in and take-out easy, too.
The breakfast menu had four main options, including a gluten free egg option with polenta, bacon, and veggies. Other meal options were available, but they were broken down into other breakfast options.
Coffee was iced, hot, and nitro. You could get room for milk.
The dining room felt sparse, which included tables and chairs. The open room gives the space a flexibility that a high volume caterer might need
