Pre-framed shutters for standard size windows are fast and easy to install. However, large windows, sliding glass doors and custom shape windows are also available in shutters.

I guess they had a shutter emergency, because the long white-haired man driving their van BLEW through a stop sign at a crosswalk IN FRONT OF A SCHOOL without even slowing or stopping or looking to see if traffic or people were coming. If a business doesn't give a rat's a$$ about our neighborhood and children, there is NO WAY I would EVER use their service. Too bad for them, since I need window coverings for my 3,000 sq ft house. Do better, Shutters Cheap. Do better.

Ed Cox came out and gave me an estimate on my home and was able to match up to the existing shutters that I already have in my home. They were very nice and came out around my very busy schedule. Once the shutters came in, their installer was equally as amazing and was also able to fix some of my existing shutters that had come off the rail. Their prices were so much better than anywhere else I have seen. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase new shutters. The shutters are good quality shutters and they also came with a 25 year warranty. I am very happy

Great experience with Ed. Straight shooter. Detail oriented. Best price. Great value. Master carpenter performed the install. First rate work. Received two other bids, both were 20-30 percent higher than Ed's bid. Las Vegas Blinds came in and said that what I wanted in the master bathroom/bedroom could not be done... Ed's team did exactly what I wanted. NOTE: The contract clearly shows when the shutters will be ready for install. There can be a lag time of 6-8 weeks until the blinds are ready. Once ready, you then schedule the install - generally within a week.

Waited 6 weeks for shutters kept on being led on they were coming. Then received two samples from China to choose from. Both were not what we wanted. We asked for our deposit back and were told it was spent. Then were called back and told the factory would "allow" us to cancel when we didn't want anything they had. Then was called today to settle with them because they put in one cheap vertical blind that took them 15 min to install....the price of the blind on the invoice is a little over $100.00. We were told they'd want $400. I laughed and told them to come back and get it because we didn't

Disappointed with the wait time and lack of communication. They don't keep you in the loop or update status of whats going on at all. It is September. I had been waiting for litterally 2 shutters to be made since June. Every week I would check their website moving my name up the list saying "In production" for months. Then I get a call telling me now this whole time they said it was in production, when it never was! After making it to the top of the list, i now wait an entire similar period for another company through them to make my shutters. Again, nothing has changed, list wise, and my time

I cannot believe the difference in the coolness of the house. The air conditioner is not running all the time. The temperatures have dropped but it is a great improvement.
Both Ed and Brandon did a terrific time and we greatly appreciate all the terrific blinds and now solar screens that they have installed.

Ordered plantation shutters and 3 solar screens. Inexpensive compared to Home Depot's vendors. Had a bad experience with Avalon a few years ago. I am very happy with Shutters Cheap. I called them to schedule a consultation. They measured, I ordered and 4 weeks later, they came to install. Very professional and great customer service. I am so happy with my shutters. Highly reccomend. 😊😊

I'm really happy with this company!! I was a little iffy based off their reviews but I had such a great experience from start to finish. It looks like a lot of the negative reviews were from years ago and about time frame but the owner that came and did our consultation was upfront about how long it would take to receive the product and it wasn't an issue. I was really impressed they were able to do same day consultation too, hours after submitting a request I had someone at my house taking measurements and gave me a quote right away. Shutters Cheap is a fantastic company. Everyone we came in contact with was very professional and friendly. Ed came out to take the measurements when our new house was in the sheet rock stage, we were able to keep track of our order on line, Judy was always there to answer any questions we might have ...she even texted us to let us know there was a slight delay in the shipment ...and the installation went smooth as silk! Our shutters look great and we are very happy with them.

Ed Cox came to my house and gave me price and told me clearly 3 weeks to get in and install. I called today as close to three and his girl and him totally denied they ever said that and stated 5-6 weeks. Their entire attitude was screw the customer. I said i want to cancel and want my money back and their reply was see you in court. Do not do business with these corrupt people.

We absolutely loved working with Ed! He came to our house a couple of times when it was convenient for us which I have to say was so nice. So many people want you to meet during the day when we are at work. Ed explained to us all the different types, prices, and was honest with how long delivery would take, prices, etc Our electronic roller shades were just installed and they are amazing! Job is finally completed after 3 months, 6 days.
Long story short is that nothing was completed within the time estimate. I was never proactively notified of revised delivery dates or delays. Every bit of information I got was only because I kept bugging them.
A part was damaged in the original order and I was given an estimate of a week for the replacement. In reality it took 24 days. The first replacement came in too short (possibly the manufacturers fault) but the installer didn't check it so we didn't find that out until he came to install it. Then a new replacement had to be ordered

I had the same experience as another reviewer in regards to slow, slow, slow time for completion. Although I was initially quoted 8 weeks for completion, It ended up taking 6 months from order date to final installation. The delay was at first due an installer making an error in measurement of the windows, and then the wrong stain color. Once the proper size and color shutters arrived and were installed, they were beautiful. The price is reasonable compared to competitors and the final outcome is very nice so it may be worth the wait and or the chance that yours will only take 8 weeks if no
