Ordered in May. Still waiting on one shutter. I was told June 26th by Steve to be patient, as they only had ONE employee who could do an arch. I was then given multiple dates. Was promised a call 9/13 to schedule installation of the final arched shutter. Haven't heard a peep. Multiple calls and emails over several months.
