Everyone here was amazing. The process of creating a ring from beginning to end was very smooth and enjoyable! I love what they made for me and I loved going behind the scenes to get a better look at the process. Nicole was the lady who helped me and was very good about messaging me updates on the ring! After having a very pleasant conversation with their staff on the phone, I visited Bass Fine Jewelry to have a watch bracelet sized that was not even purchased in their store.
Miss Victoria was both cheerful & very accommodating and got exactly what I needed done accomplished quickly.
Based on the treatment I received on a very minor, low-cost matter I will certainly revisit Bass for jewelry needs / wants in the future. Give them a visit. You won't be disappointed!

Bass has exceeded the expectations of my fiance and I! Both of my parents have passed away, and we wanted to use some of my Mom's diamonds from her wedding set for my wedding set. We took my Mom's rings to Bass and talked about the design we wanted, and they gave us just that in the most beautiful way!
