I am very pleased with the blackout roller shade that I purchased from David for my skylight. Once David understood what my concerns he was able to zero in on exactly what I needed to keep the full moons from waking me up all night! David was very professional as was his installer Ty. They were very courteous and did not mind wearing the booties that I asked them both to do. The company that supplied the shade sent the wrong size, but David made sure that they remade it in a timely fashion and made sure that the minute it arrived his installer was there to hang it. Overall, it was a good experience

I was referred to LA Window Couture after moving to DTLA. David came over and explained the options to me with numerous samples, and he was able to give a quote on the spot.
The installers did a great job and the final look of the shades was better than I expected. I needed some adjustments a few weeks later, and David was extremely responsive and was able to take care of it immediately. Overall they did a great job, and I'm happy the shades came out better than I expected.

David is an incredible find. He possess everything one wants and needs from a vendor: returns calls immediately, spends time to help you make the right choice in product, does a great job the first time around, is cool, calm and relaxed, and tops it all off with the best prices in town. He also makes any adjustments to your order when needed. He's easy to work with, friendly, and doesn't try to convince you about anything except wanting you to be ultimately as happy as you can be.
