I can't say enough about Mike and his team. My wife and I recently moved to Solon from another state and we needed help waterproofing our new home. It was not an easy job since the drainage system was completely clogged and neglected for years. So. I called Mike. He immediately addressed all the issues and once we agreed upon a fair price, he was working immediately.

Zero stars!! BEWARE!! This company is the absolute worst contractor I have ever dealt with in 35 years of home ownership! Once you sign the proposal, you never hear from them. Be prepared to hound them via phone to get them to even show up and do the work. But think it through. I learned the hard way. It would have been better to never have them do anything. Dealing with a damp basement I engaged them to do their "pipe exploration" to determine what work was needed. Since I hounded him to get it done, they finally showed 3 months later and demanded payment that day, then I never heard from them

Last year I had roots growing in my clay pipes which made a huge back up. Maintenance plus came out quickly and took care of the problem promptly! They replaced my whole line and added a clean out. I will definitely use again if I need anything else.

After a recent storm we were in need of someone to check our storm sewer line and possibly clean it out. They were able to send someone out to give an estimate just a few hours after I called. A few hours after that there was someone onsite doing the work. He was able to quickly clean out the storm line and checked and cleaned the sanitary sewer line as well. Professional, responsive, effective and friendly. I will certainly use them again when needed.
Follow up: A few days later we had a similar issue with water backup into a window well. I called early in the morning and they were there by 10

Absolutely terrible! My Wife and I bought a house and needed a water softener installed, after months of hard water I went down and noticed They had the main water intake connected to the output and vice versa, so we had to have them come back to fix. We also had them install new toilets and those were never bolted down properly so we had to have them come back and fix.We also had them fix the intake line to our water heater as it was leaking but had to call them back to fix again, as there was still water leaking onto the top of the tank, which caused a faulty heating element.
