It is our goal at Trinity Family Medical Center to make your visits at our office as pleasant, comfortable and worry free as possible. In order to do this we have established certain office policies to enable us to have the best possible relationship with our patients. Scheduling and Cancellations: As a courtesy to our patients we make reminder appointment phone calls/e-mails 24-48 business hours before your appointment.
The purpose of the portal is to provide our patients with the tools they need to communicate and interact with our staff over the internet in hopes that the patient/provider relationship will be strengthened. The portal will allow patients to see scheduled appointments, request appointments, process demographic and insurance changes, request refills, ask the nurse a question and in the near future have access to our actual health information.

Office is clean, office staff are polite, friendly and helpful! Conveniently located with plenty of parking. Doctor Young never made me feel rushed and asked questions to help evaluate the best course of treatment for my illness. If you are looking a smart and caring doctor with the perfect staff go!!

I arrived 30 minutes early for my first visit to establish myself as a patient of Dr. Young's and became overwhelmed by the strong fragrance from the multiple air fresheners they use in the office. I have Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, and fragrance is a bad trigger for my symptoms. I was able to wait outside to be called back into a room. Once inside a back room, I waited for quite a while until finally the automatic lights turned off. By this time, I had a rash on both arms and hives on part of my face. It was over an hour past my appointment time (appt time was 10 and it was now a little past
