Chris is the owner of Guardus Insurance and insures all 4 of our cars along with 2 homes. He is a broker so not tied to any one carrier and works very hard to find the best rates with adequate coverage. His entire staff is very competent and helpful. Never thought I'd leave a review for an insurance company, but after my experience with Guardus, I felt it was necessary. After being "neglected" by my previous broker, I was referred to Guardus Insurance by a colleague. I worked with Chris, Cindy, and Kathy to obtain insurance for my home, auto, and several of my businesses and workman's comp. Not only were they competitive, they were fast, efficient, and thorough. My husband and I have used Chris at Guardus Insurance for many years. We use him for both home and auto insurance. He recommended the best auto insurance company for families with teenage drivers; and even told us there was a perk if they maintained a certain GPA , there would be a discounted rate. This is something I would have never known on my own! The whole staff at Guardus is excellent and are always available to answer questions and send quotes very promptly. Being a business owner, I understand that I need to have the right type of insurance with the right type of coverage. In addition to needing the right type of coverage for my specific business, I needed to find an Insurance Service who did not want to just have my business in order to make money off of me. Extremely educated in his field! He has so much compassion for each and every individual and makes strides to implement the correct product for their needs. He hooked me up with an indexed annuity and I've been making money ever since!
I would highly suggest you set aside the time to have him walk you through your current policies and look closely at what can be improved. He will not steer you wrong.

This review is for Roy Snarr who runs the life insurance side of Guardus. I have known Roy for several years. When I was writing insurance business, I worked very closely with Roy, and always found him to be thorough, genuine, and above all, a person of integrity. I didn't realize how much in disarray my over all insurance package was until I had the chance to sit down with Chris Ajlouni. He was kind enough to sit down with me and my wife to go over all of the insurance coverages that we currently have and he made many suggestions on how to better protect ourselves. Chris and his team quoted our insurance with many A+ rated companies like Hartford and Traveler's and did not only save us only $1500 a year but he also gave us better coverage as well. We've been having some issues with getting a new policy when State Farm decided not to renew us for the audacity of actually filing a claim due to water damage. Who knew that using your insurance when you needed it, made you a pariah. Believe it or not, this action is legal according the CA insurance commission - I have a few less than kind words for them. We figured our premiums would go up, it never occurred to us that insurance companies have the right not to insure you at all.
