Office Policies

Medications will not be refilled over the weekend. Please plan accordingly and we would be happy to get it taken care of any day of the week. We ask that if at all possible please notify us by Thursday. That way if there are any issues with the pharmacy we can have them all resolved prior to the weekend.

Every new patient will need to complete an online registration process PRIOR to your visit with Dr. Andersen. The online process includes pre-registration forms as well as completing an online health questionnaire. This helps your visit to the office go smoothly so that we can remain on time for each patient.
