My experience at 32 Pearls has been ideal. I’ve been going since the pandemic started maybe even before and they’re always attentive and kind and polite. Also Dr. B knows what he’s doing and goes the extra mile to make sure you’re satisfied. I got Invisalign with them and he’s been sure to make sure I’m satisfied with smile before the process is complete. There’s also a couple of attendants who are super cool, so I want to send a shout out to the nice black woman from Texas and also this other lady whose name I can’t remember but she’s only there weekends and if you get lucky

I have been a patient at this clinic for 25 years, starting when Dr. Anderson owned the practice. I had been perfectly satisfied with Dr. Bilikis until recently, when I heard from another patient that Dr. Bilikis was not vaccinated against Covid and didn't plan to be, because "he's a healthy guy". Not wanting to rely on hearsay, I made several attempts over the past month to have him confirm or deny this -- through email, his contact form, and phone calls. I got no reply whatsoever. Whatever the truth is, I'm concerned that he refuses to engage on a perfectly reasonable

My experience is mostly with the hygienists, who are invariably efficient, professional, and friendly. My husband and I owe allegiance and gratitude to Dr. Bilikas, though, because he was the only doctor able to identify and then successfully guide treatment for an elusive abscess that had plagued my husband's health for years.

Thank you 32 pearls. I had a wisdom tooth recently start to swell and ache. Dr Bilikas got me in for an exam immediately and then scheduled for my tooth to be extracted 2days later. The procedure with one of the Dentists there was quick, easy and almost no discomfort

Came here for a cleaning and check up. We don't have dental insurance and just pay for our service. No issues, very direct with what is going to be performed and how much it is going to cost. I appreciate that, because we've gone to other places for upsets in the past and sometimes the medical lingo didn't make sense to me.

I like everything about this dental clinic in Leschi except that it's hard to get a hold of anyone to make an appointment. In the past I've actually driven over to the office to set up something as no one ever returns my calls. It was okay when it was possible to set up something online but now it's only possible if you are a new patient.

This experience took away six months of my life. I was seen by both Dr. Bilikas and Dr. Sullivan who first placed a temporary crown and then a permanent crown on a infected tooth. Every time I called regarding the severe pain I was asked to come in to have my "bite adjusted" which was again extremely painful as I was already in pain. Their diagnosis was wrong and they had multiple opportunities to fix it. They were adamant and defensive, and the staff hostile. Dr. Bilikas is extremely rude and only cares about money. I would not recommend this office to anyone! I decided to take the

I've been going to 32 Pearls since 2014 and have loved every visit (even the one for a filling). Everyone on staff from Wayne at the front desk, to Linda my hygienist and Dr. Bilikas is kind, friendly, and professional. They make a point to get to know you as both a patient and a person. I have been with 32 Pearls for quite some time and am very comfortable there. I've had bridgework, wisdom teeth removed, fillings and, cleanings. I love the atmosphere in the office; I could not ask for better staff. Wayne the receptionist is absolutely the rudest person I have ever encountered! He is so combative and argumentative over the phone. Worst customer service experience I have EVER received! I canceled my appointment, I had cancelation confirmation number but he wouldn't even let me talk to let him know that I did in fact had canceled and had a confirmation number and e-mail. He was hollering, and before letting me say a word, he tells me I need a new dentist and hangs up on me! It was not the first time he treated me like this over the phone. I paid in advance and still have not gotten my refund

Friendly staff, smallish but well-kept office and patient spaces, good service. Lovely lakeside location. A little tricky to find so allow extra time on your first visit. Even if you're going in for just a semi-annual cleaning you can expect to be presented with cosmetic dentistry options but they keep everything very low pressure and leave decision with patient.

I made an appointment because it was convenient (i.e. close by) and it was time to find a dentist in this great city. It is a clean office and everyone was friendly enough. I do however find that there is a fine line as an adult where dental hygienists can choose to treat you like an adult or a child. I get it. It is hard to tell someone to floss everyday but making someone feel 5 years old then proceeding to feel belittled when you are telling the doc man right outside the door when he is about to see you... I don't know... I can't explain it other than an all around uncoolness with

You'll find all that and more here. They have everything on site. I came 3 yrs ago from a recommendation, and have since recommended to lots of folks who also had excellent things to say. I have horrible teeth (thanks Dad!) and they've turned my teeth around.
Scheduling is easy - but the popular times (like evenings or first thing in the mornings) fill up quickly
