It took me a while to compose this post of Mr. Of Mr. Richard Chang's work Mr. Chang was responsive Tiff he was very informative I'm a dish and he worked the case in a way that I needed him to I would highly recommend his services I was looking at quite a bit of time he listened he investigated and the outcome was in my favor He was able to demonstrate that appropriate investigation was not conducted by the prosecution and it ended with a case being dismissed I would highly recommend his services

I was arrested for DUI and leaving the accident scene. Breath registered only .06 and I reported the accident within 30 minutes. Hired Mr. Chan based on his trial experience, however, we did not get to even evaluate any potential jurors. Mr. Chan pressured me to accept a plea deal that was misrepresented. After several thousand spent on this seven month ordeal, Mr. Chan finally provided me with an inaccurate accounting. Court appearances (not attended by me) were represented by his salaried assistant while I was charged $350 per hour.

He's a standup guy! I had discovered him online, called before even hiring and he gave me useful information, I didn't hire him at that time. I used his information to talk to my public defender but it wasn't going anywhere. About year and half gone by and D.A. was trying to give horrible deal. Mr. Chan was a great great help. Best attorney I've ever had. I had a violation of probation because i violated a restraining order. I was very nervous. I was looking at worst case 3 years in prison. The district attorney wanted to give me 90 days in jail. Mr Chan spoke with the district attorney and got just 16 days of community service. I was very excited and happy. Allaye Chan Law group is by far one of the best. Criminal defense attorney R. Chan will stand up and fight for you when you need him to. My husband got himself into a severe conflict with the law and was being accused of Felony assault with a deadly weapon plus code enhancement. Richard handled a family criminal case like a television lawyer, crushing the prosecutor with facts and knocking her attitude out of the court room with the judge in agreement.
His caring and actual humanity was an added bonus.

Six years later I again contacted Mr. Chan to finally resolve my case since I could not get a driver’s license when I now live due to the warrant.
Mr. Chan still had all of the documents demo my previous case and was wiling to help me. The District Attorney’s Office wanted me to plead guilty to the DUI and serve almost a year in jail because I have felony DUI convictions in another state.

DEFINATLY WORTH THE MONEY! Highly recommended! Richard chan got my husband out of a really scary sentencing. He was looking at 11 years in prison as his full sentencing. Even when we first met Richard, he said we'd be lucky if we could get this it down to three or 4 years in prison. My husband was being charged with felony DUI and 2 felony great bodily injuries. The way he works is amazing! He has the respect of every judge we ran into. He got his sentencing down from 4 years in prison, to 180 days in county with the option of only serving half with house arrest on good behavior, and 3 years
