Lynette and Sydney are a mother daughter team and Pilates is their passion! Lynette opened Transformation Pilates studio when Sydney was a High School Sophomore. As a teenager, Sydney wasn't very involved at first, but by graduation in 2012 she knew she wanted to be a part of the family business. Together, they have built the studio they always envisioned.

Moving their business to a new location to meet the needs of their clients as well as their own. As movement specialists, Sydney and Lynette continue to help their clients find the connection between mind and body. I am absolutely satisfied with Transformation, and consider my weekly sessions essential to maintaining a healthy back and pain-free lifestyle.

Schedule Report

All payments must be prepaid through our website software before attending your class/session. All clients authorize Transformation to keep a credit card on file in order to be charged for unpaid sessions. All packages expire 3 months from date of purchase, unless otherwise specified any unused sessions are forfeited upon expiration.

After working with Sydney, I no longer need surgery to repair damage to my pelvic floor. She is all about making you do the hard work, but having fun while getting the results!

This is the best pilates studio at the beach! Sydney and Lynette both are amazing instructors with years of experience. They are professional, helpful, and tailor each class to your needs. It's always the perfect balance of a good workout and restorative movements. Can't recommend it enough!

I love Transformation Pilates Studio. The instructors are the best, the classes are challenging, everyone is supportive, and it's fun. If you ever wanted to try Pilates, this is the place to do it.

I have been going to Transformation Pilates studio since it opened. Lynette, Denise, and Alison are great instructors. The studio is professional and personable while keeping up with the latest trends. I recommend Lynette's studio without any reservation.

I had heard about Barre when in Colorado and immediately wanted to find a studio close to home. Transformation Pilates studio is phenomenal. I've had the pleasure of experiencing all of the instructors and they are so knowledgable and helpful. There are plenty of studios around but I couldn't imagine going anywhere else! I look forward to my workouts and I feel great!
