Well, it's bound to happen - at some point, your water heater will develop a leak. Luckily for us, it was a small one. I called Water Heaters Only, and was able to set up an appointment for the next day. Our technician Steve B. called to let us know that he'd be arriving soon. Steve was very personable, professional, and had our new 50 gallon water heater installed in well under 2 hours. He clearly takes pride in his work! The earthquake straps, supply lines, overflow pipe, and all the other details were VERY professionally done. I highly recommend Water Heaters Only.

The installer (Loni) was actually early and completed the job exactly as he said he would. We were very pleased with his service. He was so kind as to wait to turn off our water while our housecleaners finished their work as they required some water.

We looked around for a few water heater places. Saw Water Heaters Only, read some of the review and decided I would come back if I couldn’t find anything better. They seemed like the best but price reviews appeared high.

I was in a difficult situation of not having hot water due to a water heater that failed. I contacted Water Heaters Only and was able to schedule an installation the next day. Loni, the technician, came and installed my new water heater perfectly. I really appreciate the effort he made to explain all of my options available. Highly recommend for those in the same situation, I found pricing and service to be much better than Lowe's for a water heater made by Bradford White (which they don't offer).

Loni was my craftsman and I got lucky, it's all about the guy that comes to your house! Loni was highly personable, professional and highly experienced. He performed exceptionally well and was very considerate of my property. He even came in under budget, which I found shocking, haven't experienced that in years. For the last 4 years our old water heater has given us problems. Each time, the Water Heaters Only has examined it adjusted it and it works great again for a while. Remember the water heater was almost 20 years old. Finally, it went out and I needed it replaced before our vacation. Kevin came in on a weekend and was able to replace it, in 100 degree weather. I felt so sorry for him. He was polite, professional, and got it done fast. The new water heater was expensive but works great. Thank you.

We recently had WHO install a new water heater at our house and were very happy with the job that they did. Alex B. was very professional and knowledgeable, and we appreciated that he did not try to upsell us on a more expensive system. On the day of installation, Alex was right on time and meticulous in all that he did. Definitely check out WHO if you have any issues with your water heater.

I called Water Heaters Only to make an appointment to assess the replacement my aging water heater. Alex came out the next business day, and he was able to not only make a recommendation, but also to replace the water heater right on the spot! I was very pleasantly surprised for the quick turnaround. Highly recommended!
(Taking one star off, since I think he forgot to tighten one of the gas line nut when he left, and it was leaking gas for a while. But otherwise I'm satisfied of the work.)
