Highly recommend, especially if you experience any kind of anxiety about dentist visits. I put off going to the dentist for years due to financial reasons, anxiety about the state of my teeth due to general depression, and a fear of being scolded as I have been in the past at other places. Was very pleasantly surprised upon my visit to find a survey about exactly these types of fears/concerns! The receptionist was wonderful and kind and was able to schedule me for a next-day visit and she helped fit me in for a cleaning the same day as well! Everyone that I spoke to at the office had a very comforting

I arrived and the receptionist was very welcoming and the office very clean. I did not wait long at all. Melanie was so friendly and professional! She explained everything she did and made me feel at ease! Dr. Denney was also friendly and professional. I am very pleased with my decision to begin using them. I highly recommend!

The ladies at the office and assistant and doctors all do a great job. Always are inviting and feel welcome when you go. Absolutely LOVE this place! The staff is so personal and friendly - feels like a trusted family. They do NOT recommend unnecessary procedures, and will tell you why. Plus, they take most all insurances. We have used them for over 8 years and could not be more pleased. Look no further. My experience this afternoon with Balmoral was the best ever at a dental office. All the personnel were very knowledgeable and friendly. I'm facing a lot of dental issues,so this had to meet high expectations from both myself and my husband. The staff did a very impressive job. I am greatly satisfied that we picked Balmoral,and believe it or not,I'm actually looking forward to the next visit in 2 weeks!

The staff here are very friendly & genuine. They took their time explaining everything to me. I have dental anxiety & I’m always a little embarrassed going to the dentist because I know I’ll likely have a lot of issues that need to be corrected…the staff here made sure I felt comfortable. 10/10 so far to the team & the environment/cleanliness of the building. Everyone was great thus far! 😊

Dr. A. J. Fennel, and the staff in his office are great. They are personable, professional, caring and supportive. I went in to get a very temporary filling this morning. The temporary filling was in and I was done, before I even realized they had finished looking in my mouth to see what was needed. Amazing!

This Dentist I give a very high raiting because of the quick time they got me in and fixed my problem. I thought I was down and out and had no one to turn to until Balmoral Dental Center.
