Please be advised that Phoenix Nails cannot perform any type of waxing service on clients who are using Accutane, Retin-A, Antibiotics, Renova, Alpha Hydroxy, receiving once treatment, or under chemical peels. Avoid heat and sun tanning up to 24 hours, avoid highly fragranced products, keep away from sun harsh abrasives, and avoid the use of sunscreen up to 24 hours.

Decided to try this nail salon after receiving a recommendation from a friend. Though from the outside, it practically looks closed (tinted windows, signage was not illuminated, no open sign, ...) i had an excellent experience. Once you get inside, you can see this is a large, well kept, luxurious salon. There were ample nail and pedicure stations, and some rooms in the back I did not see, but I assume cater to waxing clients. Without an appointment, I was helped right away. INCREDIBLE!!! I made an group appointment for 8 people about a month in advance for my wedding. They accommodated us all so graciously and we had a wonderful time. We all loved our nails - my bridal mani pedi was perfect and flawless. It's been 3 weeks and my dip manicure still looks amazing! Thank you to the lovely staff for your hospitality and service, we will definitely be returning!

I made an appointment for 8 gel mani pedis for an entire bridal party. Not only was this salon accommodating and comfortable, it is clean, comfortable and has a great atmosphere. The nail artists all did an incredible job! So efficient, skilled and thorough. The family members that live in this area are sure to come back as regulars. I wish I lived here too so I could return, my nail salons in my state are not nearly as good as this.

There was a mix up with my mother-in-law's appointment time but they were able to squeeze us in at the end of the day yesterday. I had never had any of my nails done before and I had a very good experience. My nail person provided high quality service. The overall staff was very friendly and accommodating. I went for the first time to this place to do my gel manicure and pedicure. While the place looks professional and clean (I will vouch for that) but the staff are unprofessional. I was asked to choose a color before the manicure like any other normal place. I chose a blue color and a silver glitter color (part of the palate) to go on top. When my nails were half done, my nail technician said "you will have to pay extra for this glitter color". I have never ever paid extra for using more than one color or glitter colors on my nail. I had my appointment at 3:30 got there on time first thing I had to do was sanitize my hands and a temp check which was amazing to see a business be on top of things like that. I am CONVINCED they used super glue or worse for my nails. They will NOT COME OFF unless something accidentally hits it like a crate slipping out of my hand at work. They are so over grown and painful now that my thumb has SPLIT. That nail is growing out at a curve and even a loose one will not come off in remover for gel + acrylic. I was so happy with these nails when I got them done 3 weeks ago & now they're causing pain and I can't get them off. I'm terrified to even soak the split one because I don't want acetone to go into that crack but it needs to come off! The public

Its my first time here. Love how clean the shop is and how friendly everyone here is. I went to Jenny and got a regular pedicure. she was such a sweetheart however 38$ for a regular pedicure is a little on the higher end.. I moved which is why I've started going to this one. My other salon charged 30$ for a gel so that's the only reason I'm giving this 4 stars but other then that Jenny was great and my pedicure looks fantastic! Will definitely be returning here:)

I made an appointment here with Diana (Duyen) thinking it was another nail salon! (one also in Gaithersburg)...lol. Pregnancy brain indeed!!! I realized it when I got there, but it was already my appointment time so I just prayed I would get lucky and the nail tech I requested would be great! Turns out, Duyen was great!!! I had a regular manicure and pedicure with an extra 10 minute foot massage. I really needed to just sit down quietly and relax. That is exactly what I got. Plus even got to watch a movie! I'm particular with services and time, and Duyen checked all the boxes! She did a great

What I loved was the convenience of scheduling an appointment online. You can select what service(s) you are interested in, date and time. In addition, if you have a preference, you can also select the technician you want to do your nails or other service. Once I scheduled it, I got a text confirmation.
My friend and I arrived at our scheduled time and were immediately helped. The front desk had a barrier between the greeter and customer. There was hand sanitizer

A friend of mine recommended Tasha and I haven't gone to anyone since. She is very careful and makes sure everything is clean and even checks back before she starts painting. She never rushes like some technicians. I am always happy with my nails when I leave here.
There are many technicians here and most of them take their time and are very careful which is very important.
Haven't gotten a pedicure here yet but I will update when the time comes.

Awful experience. They overcharge and it wasn’t even a good manicure. They don’t clean your nails and it’s $10 more if you want even your cuticles cut. Still dirt and polish on my nails. They rolled their eyes and talked about me while doing my nails. Understood everything. This was $65 dollars. I would absolutely not go here again. 🤢

I just stopped in for a quick polish change. I was greeted by a friendly young lady who asked me to sign in and gave me my own bag of a file, buffer and a few other supplies.
The design of the salon was very nice and alluring. The polishes were all nicely color coordinated which is a huge pet peeve of mine.
