Ellet Eye Care

Today was my first appointment with Ellet Eye Care, and I must say, what an excellent experience it was. ! Every employee was so friendly and helpful, and Dr. Cozzi was superb! I’ve never had such a thorough eye exam, and had every question answered and everything explained satisfactorily! I am completely satisfied , and highly recommend this Eye Care clinic to everyone! 5 plus stars! All the way! Thank you to all!

My family had a very good experience. The staff there were very knowledgeable and helpful. The doctor was very thorough and we felt like he really cared and wanted to help. I would highly recommend Ellet Eye Care to friend's and family.

So helpful and wonderful, a truly great vision clinic with such caring staff. I haven't been able to go back and fix my glasses due to anxiety, but they've been so, helpful up, until this point with working with me and making me feel, listened to.

Very unhappy got a pair of glasses they have two different arms take them back they did nothing to rectify it didn't even try all I wanna do is try to sell you something and tell you something else really not very caring type folks here..... so I contacted miike after I read his review we discussed it he told me to come in and then he really did offer me a different frame so I've course I took him up on that offer I was having anxiety about going back to his office but I just put on a smile took a deep breath and said this was gonna be positive and sure enough it was great and I want to say that

Great, affordable prices for great quality. Knowledgeable, amazing, and caring staff, from the kind receptionists, to the very kind and informative Ed, to the amazing Dr. Cozzi. The wait time for my glasses was WAY quicker than expected. Will continue to go to them for the rest of my life! Please, if you haven't been here, go here. This is the only eye doctors that I will go to! They have amazing customer service! The staff there are so friendly! The eye doctors are very knowledgeable, and they have fashionable eye wear! Highly recommend!

I had an emergency after stretching my eye and I called Ellet Eyecare immediately because they were the closest eye doctor to me (2 minutes from my house), and even though I've never been a patient there, they told me I could be seen right away. I was in so much pain and could not be more appreciative of Dr. Cozzi for squeezing me in and treating my scratched cornea. I left with no pain. I've decided that I will now go to Ellet Eyecare for my and my family's routine eye exams from now on, it was a fantastic experience, begining with the ladies at the front desk! Highly recommend!

Let me say this in a word with only two letters. ED. A couple weeks ago I received my new glasses from my optometrist. They fitted them but I knew it wasn’t right. I returned for an adjustment and still it wasn’t right. Then I went to Ellet Eye Care. Ed met me at the door. I explained to him my issue. He took his time. He listened to me. He checked the fit of the glasses on the right. He checked the fit on the left. He checked the fit on my face. He took the glasses to a back room and worked his “magic”. He returned, gave me my glasses, I put them on and the fit was fantastic! Ed solved

Doc was helpful and kind, he made my kid feel listened to and helped him sort out his prescription. The staff was attentive and awesome at helping him find the right glasses for him! Will definitely be back!
