Being put in a position that I had to find myself a another home Charlene Ramsey came to my rescue. She showed me many houses and eventually we found one in my price range that was affordable to me. So 12/29/2016 I was a new home buyer again. She stuck with me as I got my down payment saved up and helped me with all the paperwork. Don't know what's up with the negative reviews, but my experience with Statewide, and most especially Charlene, was wonderful. Charlene dropped everything to show property and made the entire buying process quick and easy. She went the extra mile to answer my questions and find out particulars about the property. If I ever need a real estate agent again, I'm calling Charlene. And by the way, I am not her brother or uncle or long-time friend.
