I have had 3 vehicles all done here. Car toys prices were crazy. Here prices are fair and work done quality. Have had all my vehicles got tints, remote engine starts and full aftermarket sound systems installed here, amplifier, speakers and sunwoofers. Israel advised me the way to go, he works within your budget. He sent me pictures of all my install before he put the cars back together. I recommend him to anyone and everyone, cool dude.

I had an amazing experience with this place. I had a broken window. I called 5 auto glass shops and none of them had the window, they all said it'd be up to a week before they could get me in for the window replacement, and they all quoted me a price that was 2x more than what this gem auto shop in Burien quoted. They got me in same day, said it would take 2-3 hours, but then finished in less than one hour, and charged me HALF of what Honda Seattle quoted. God bless this place. They were so friendly and professional and fast and budget-friendly! And quality of work was top notch. My window works

They over promise and under fulfill. My windshield replacement leaked, so my car was soaked, and I had to pay someone to dry it out. I had to go back a second time to have it fixed. Staff are very nice. They are always late on the committed timeframe. I asked to see the manager, but everytime I go, he is out.

Tbh not good Customer service. You can tell when they want your Business & when someone is passionate about there job. When you take your nice car to anytype of shop. You want to make sure it doesn't feel like a stranger is doing the job. Good luck if you choose to come here. P.S. I didn't let them work on my car.

The custom glass in my conversion van sunroof exploded. Burien shop owner, Israel Tellez evaluated my problem but had no glass to replace it. However, he got on a ladder, cleaned the remaining glass shards, and then covered the open hole on my van roof with a secure plastic product - all this at NO charge to me. Additionally, Israel went the extra mile and located a nearby sunroof business who was able to replace the defective glass a few days later. DO NOT PASS THIS BUSINESS BY. Israel, you are the best!

I had a quite unpleasant call with them. I called in to ask for a quote for my windshield replacement. Everything was fine until I asked them if they can match a quote I had from another shop. He said they would not do that. After taking a deep inhale, he said I can just go to that shop to do the replacement, wished me a good day and disconnected the call before I had a chance to say anything. It is quite rude and unprofessional. Even if they would not match a quote from another shop, it is understandable and we can still work something out or end the call gracefully. Disappointing lack of manner

There was a small miscommunication which they resolved quickly and professionally. I had a rock chip fixed and two windows tinted, it was done in a couple of hours and the price was very competitive. Its been 3 weeks and I am very happy with their service. I will probably bring another of our cars here for tinting soon.

Wow! I’m not sure what anyone could do to top their customer service they have here.
We brought our car in about two years ago not ever going to a window tinting establishment before. They took their time, asked what exactly we needed and made some suggestions based on what we said. They had some displays on the wall of different tint percentages, and well- it’s a bit difficult to tell just what’s what when it’s on the wall rather than on a car. So you know what they did? They brought us out and sat us in a couple of their own personal vehicles to show us the different tint percentages
