I reluctantly came here while in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy due to severe back pain. One worker was able to point out several pairs of shoes that might be helpful. We were able to find one that fit the best, and added some insoles. Since I bought these shoes, I never take them off except to sleep 😂. They are comfortable and take the pressure off my back. I’m not one to spend over $100 on any shoes, BUT these were worth every penny. I’m very thankful for Sole Perfection being able to help me find a pair of shoes that suit me. Thank you!!

I have shopped at Sole Perfection for probably the last 5 years. They are the best. I just shopped a couple of days ago, and Hailey is an expert. She really knows her shoes. She fitted me with 3 pairs, plus a pair of Super Feet Green insoles, which I swear by.

Love this store. They have picked out the very best shoes to sell. They sell high quality shoes, and carry the best styles of the best quality brands in women's shoes. I can't go here without finding something I love. Just dropped by again and so glad it has survived the pandemic so far. I only buy shoes that are good for my feet and that will last and I love. This is where I find them.

The COVID precautions are top notch and the customer service is primo! After the sticker shock and disbelief of that heavily advertised nat'l arch support store, I chose to go local and visit SPS.
I was greeted by Hailey and fitted with two different options in my tennis shoes. I decided on the firmer feel of the Super Feet (Ferndale, WA) Green supports. In just one day I can already feel a shift in my legs and knees to a better standing/walking position.
I was told to wear them in a gradual way, no long walks or extended use right away. Training/working any part of your body takes time

I had a great experience here today! I've been having a lot of foot pain lately and they were very welcoming, knowledgeable, and attentive. I felt very listened to and comfortable. There was no pressure to buy which is a must for me but I felt pleasantly guided to the right insole for me and my feet. Great experience, highly recommend!

Several months of knee pain led eventually to a diagnosis of overpronation/collapsed arch and my physical therapist told me to get some inserts to help correct this. This store has a good selection of orthotic inserts and options for different types of shoes, e.g. dress vs casual. Hailey is very knowledgable and took the time to thoroughly explain everything. Also, great attitude and a pleasure to deal with!

How I loved working with staff here! After three visits to REI (and three returns), I tried Sole Perfection out of curiosity. I needed a walking shoe that would fit my narrow foot without strangling it. The young, female representative was knowledgeable, unhurried, friendly, and responsive. I felt listened to, and ended up with two pair of shoes that I use daily. This is a good example of a well-run, local store that still puts customers first. Thank you!

This place is 100% top of the line for high quality ($$$) shoes, with excellent customer service, esp. for those with chronic pain issues. The sales woman was *extremely* knowledgable, and was so nice that she told me to also shop at REI (excellent) or the Rack (always hit or miss - but *not* for those who need high quality shoes with the associated customer service) - and I could bring shoes in *from another store* and she would tell me if they fit properly or not - not that's customer service. This is the best shoe store service I've received - they really take care of your feet! I bought some Brooks Addiction Walking shoes that were a bit too big the first time I purchased them, and they checked my feet again and exchanged them for a 1/2 size smaller and they also ordered a great pair of red Taos sandals for me. Both Jenny and Curt are super nice and helpful - I look forward to shopping there again.

I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for comfy shoes in good brands like Naot or Dansko. The folks who work here always impress me. It's hard in the internet age to shop brick and mortar. I find the personalized fittings very helpful, their prices are always competitive to amazon and nordstrom. They're always happy to order colors for me since they usually carry only standard black brown colors and I prefer grays blues and beige. I've been shopping here for years never once had anything but a phenomenal experience.

Best experience buying shoes. I went in to buy shoes and was treated with honesty and respect! Jason and the staff were clear about pricing and it was like they already knew my concerns. They are very knowladgable about all makes of shoe. They easily help me find the shoes that I needed. I will never buy shoes anywhere but with Jason. If you are looking for a great par of shoes this is the place. Did I mention the customer service all I can say is wow, these guys know how to treat there customers.

Just returned from my shoe shopping and shoe find at Sole Perfection. Curt was sooooooooo knowledgeable and helpful. I have lots of balance issues presently (probably permanently). I can no longer wear my beloved high heels. I needed to find something very practical and stylish. Done! He did lots of little things to the shoes to make them absolutely perfect and comfortable. Doesn't get better than this! Also the store extends a 30 day happiness guarantee. You make your purchase with confidence.

Like the store and the shoes. Limited selection and sizes. The good service however seems to be focused on straight people and I hardley ever feel that way in Seattle.
I was basically ignored, then assisted, if you could call it that, with overall indifference and a lot of resistance. Short answers, unwillingness to make suggestions, or really odd suggestions given my overall criteria. And I was willing to pay for good shoes. Won't be back even though I've purchased at least 5 pairs of shoes here in the past, and a couple of very expensive ones. Had trouble with service then too. But

I was referred to Sole Perfection in Wallingford by a friend as we both require orthodically correct and supportive shoes. The staff here was so friendly and helpful. Kurt assisted me and went out of his way to make sure I tried on every option/style of shoe available to me in my size, which was awesome. I was impressed with the selection and that they carried size 11, which can be difficult to come by. I purchased a pair of the Poloma, Alegria for its uber comfortable fit, unique design and easy on and off straps. Hands down the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever owned!!! Though the shoes

There inventory is small, and they may not have the size you want, however, this seems to be the case at many of the local comfort shoe sites that aren't backed by a large national chain.
The staff was kind and knowledgeable, and very willing to help to find what I was looking for. The prices are what I would expect, and totally within expectations.
I came in looking for something specific, and they were short on stock, but were willing to help me find something else that was pretty awesome.
