This is the only place for your boot care needs! All the staff has true compassion and actually care about your every things, wants and needs. I brought in a purse a couple weeks ago to have the strap repaired. I didn't receive a phone call that it was finished even though they had told me they would call when it was ready for pick up. I had to call and ask if it was ready for pick up. I brought my purse in clean and got it back dirty. They must have threw it in a box of dirty shoes or whatever. Needless to say, I'll take my business elsewhere. Not sure why this place has good reviews.

My husband and I came in today to pick up his boots (which looked fabulous!) and you took the time to help me with my foot issue.
I Thank You for what you did to my orthotic with the crepe rubber!!!! I walked in with pain and left without pain. Spent most of the day doing things in and outside which I haven't been able to do for a while.
Thank you for coming up with this fix. My metatarsals appreciate it!!

Every few years, I end up looking for a high-quality pair of shoes (Birkenstocks, Blundstones, etc.) and Ardesson's does not disappoint. Wonderful service! They'll make sure your shoes fit and help you find the right insole or waterproofing spray to customize them. I even custom ordered a pair of Blundstones through them that they didn't carry, and they were extremely helpful. I recommend them 100%

I brought my 11 year old Frye boots in to have the soles repaired and I couldn't be happier with the results. They had a great deal of wear and I wasn't sure if they could repair my favorite boots but they performed a miracle! The heel looks like it never even been walked on and the tread is great! They told me it would be two weeks and it was exactly two weeks and the price for the repairs was far below what I had in my mind. I will definitely use them again in the future.
P.S. don't wait as long as I did to have repairs done! I was lucky it wasn't too late.

They've done a good job of upgrading the entrance but in my opinion, there's nothing too fancy about going to a shoe store. They key thing is when you are having your shoes repaired, you get quality craftsmanship. I've used several places and for the past ten years, this is the only place I have taken my boots. I know they are going to be repaired correctly the first time and I won't need to come back until I need the soles replaced on my boots again due to wear and tear.

This place deserves as negative review as possible. They are very impolite. I left my shoes there. Then when I got my shoes, there were extra scratches on the shoes. I asked them to fix it. The people there said it was totally my fault. Also, the price you pay to fix the shoes is very high and can allow you to buy a new pair of shoes.

Love, love, love this local shoe store & leather/shoe repair. They have replaced the soles of several of my favorite shoes, and the shoes were worn perfectly molded to my foot, but looked BRAND NEW with the new soles and cleaned leather. I've had purses repaired and zippers replaced, this store is the best. Recently I purchased a couple of pairs of shoes and because they were on clearance they offered/negotiated lower deals/prices: SOLD. Purchased new insoles for my shoes, felt like brand new boots! Local family owned business with excellent customer service and unparalleled repair expertise. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking to have worn out footwear brought back to life. I work construction and burn through boots pretty fast. It's much more cost effective to bring my boots here to be repaired rather than buying a new pair every time. Support local business and get what you pay for out of your footwear. Great selection on the shelves as well!

I've been going here for years, I love supporting small family business but only do so because they do a great job and it helps that they give good customer service.
They also sell shoes here and I've purchased several pairs and will continue to do so.
I recently bought a pair of shoes that had a broken lace and they gave me no problem to fix it.

Simply amazing. They've worked with my daughter for almost a year after cancer left her with one foot and one leg bigger than the other. They've special ordered shoes and put on a 3 inch lift on one shoe so she can be a kid. Their prices are reasonable and their work holds up well. Love that they're open on Saturdays. I'll always make the trip from Olympia for their services.

I just took a pair Chelsea boots into these guys for a shoe sole guard. "Alex" which I assume is the owner made me feel as if I had taken a trip back to the early 1940's (if you know what I mean). He was extremely insulting, rude and made it seem that anyone with ideas about the shoe industry or seemingly anything else for that matter, would die of "young age". If you're looking for up to date products, innovative ways on having your shoes last for a long time and good customer service where you leave feeling like an actual human being.....

Ladies are nice, gentleman never smiles- i don't mind as long as my shoes are "happy". I trust from Dior to Jessica Simpson shoes to them, and i been happy so far. Good timing and they make them look like new.

Looking for a real cobbler? This is the place. Not only fixed the heals of my boots but shined them up for me. They were honest about the third pair and told me they could fix them. The service was friendly. I proceeded to ask other shoe and leather handbag questions which she answered.
