Hollingsworth & Associates, LLC provides real estate closing services to Duluth, GA, and metro Atlanta. We provide loss mitigation and foreclosure prevention in addition to residential and commercial real estate closings. Additionally, we offer our landlord and tenant law expertise, wills and estate planning, and corporate law.
The strength in our strategy stems from the close-knit "family" atmosphere you will find in our offices. Though we are a small law firm in size, we are prominent in stature. We strive to offer our clients the personal attention and aggressive yet affordable representation you would receive at a large law firm with large overheads that often fail to provide.

Services
Our expert staff can assist you in preparing and reviewing sales contracts, negotiating the purchase or sale, preparing the closing documents, and answering any questions you may have along the way. Our knowledgeable real estate lawyers have years of experience assisting clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions.
We have developed a plan to address foreclosure that has proven to be highly effective. First, you must ask yourself whether the property in question is your primary residence and whether you plan on staying in your home. If the answer is yes, a loan modification may be the best course of action for you to take.
If either party fails to abide by their part of the agreement, then the other party has several options available. The most common example is a tenant who is not paying the rent. In this situation, the landlord's most powerful course of action is the process of eviction. In most situations, an eviction requires the involvement of the court and the sheriff's department.
No matter your net worth, it's essential to have a basic estate plan in place. Such a plan ensures that your family and financial goals are met after you die. An estate plan has several elements: a will, power of attorney, and an advance healthcare directive (medical power of attorney). For most people, trust and life insurance also make sense.
If you are contemplating starting a new business, you have many legal questions to consider. Furthermore, how do you ensure that your rights are protected when engaging in business deals?

So many closing with Hollingsworth and no once have I or anyone in my company has ever have an issue or and thing negative to say. They work very hard to adjust to buyer's/ seller's schedule to make everyone happy. This is real estate, things happen and no one is perfect but I can respect a company that is willing to fix any mistakes they have made. I use them all the time and planning on using them for a longtime to come.

This man is a crook! In over 16 years of doing real estate transactions I have never once seen a closing attorney charge a buyer or seller for services if a transaction failed to close. In the real estate business, this happens all the time. In our case John felt it prudent to withhold $500 (as his self appointed price) for work performed on a transaction that didn't close and is withholding it from buyers earnest money.
