Friendly, fast service, so A+ there. But unreliable and sadly unable to meet some basic requirements.
As a seller, when you tell me my money will "be in my account that day" and then it isn't without further details, that's a problem.
When I contacted them I was told "oh yeah, we must have missed our wire deadline, we were GOING to let you know." Note, this was 3 days after closing.
When you're dealing with 6 figures you owe someone, it's at least a good idea to make a phone call.

By far our favorite place to close! The attorney’s at this firm are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating.
