A very unprofessional practice. There was never a time we were happy with this group of people.I wish I had never called them for help and had more time to find real professionals. This group of so called professionals never communicated with us .we had to call them two weeks after they lost are appeal which the person we hired did not attend he sent an associate to go .said he was well qualified to do so. Then after we found out we lost the only option given to us was a settlement when we had discussed a counter law suit,but the guy we hired said it wasn't worth his time. Now it is my understanding
