With more than 10 years of experience as a salon retail accounts and operations manager in Portland, Megan has traveled around the U.S. networking with other top salons, and attending business and coaching classes, and seminars to enable her to enhance the client experience and create a positive work environment for staff.Paramount is the realization of Megan's dream to own her own business.
