The Fuzion Cafe primarily focuses on Thai cuisine, but we also serve many other dishes from across Southeast Asia as well. Only the finest ingredients, fresh herbs and spices are used to prepare our exotic dishes. Lemongrass, galangal, turmeric, garlic, and kaffir lime leaves are the essence of our cooking.
These exotic herbs and spices bring out the incredible flavors of the food and transforms each dish into an amazing culinary experience. Our Fusion-style dishes are unique and combine multiple cuisines into a single dish. For example, the Green Curry is distinctly Thai, but we serve it with an Italian-style pasta.

We thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant. They made us Swimming Rama, which wasn't even on the menu. Delicious food and generous portions! Also the atmosphere is cozy and serene, which Indochine, the owners, are so good at. The service was a bit slow, but they were busy with lots of takeout. We will definitely go back, recommend!

Incredible Thai/Asian cuisine with good portions at a fair price. The ambiance and decor are a bonus as most Asian restaurants are a little utilitarian except for a few pictures, plants and dividers. Fusion is almost plush with comfortable seating, nice intimate lighting and substantial decor pieces.
Staffing is friendly, helpful and attentive.
Definitely worth the extra 5 minute drive down 6th Avenue to the Narrows neighborhood.

We arrived at 6:30 on a Wednesday evening and there were only a few open tables. The parking lot was full. We had a short wait to be seated and then we're met by a very pleasant hostess. We enjoyed delicious appetizers--wings, fried rolls, and stuffed won tons, and a very hearty and appetizing meal. The freshly made coconut ice cream was amazing. The staff were all delightful, and I'll come back as soon as I recover from overeating. Highly recommend.

By far one of the best restaurants we frequent because the service, ambience, quality and presentation of the food is so superb! It is one of our favorite, intimate, and friendly places after all these years. I can not say enough about how perfect all the expectations about dining come together under one roof are. Exotic, sublime, and delicious!

Blown away by this place. My work uses Fuzion for when we do training classes or events, so I've had their food, but this was my first dine in experience and I can't wait to come back. Kristie was PHENOMENAL!! Friendly and attentive. The food was excellent. Full of flavor and piping hot! Definitely recommend!

Quite the unique ambiance, with a "fusion" menu of Thai and Vietnamese cuisines. It's my first visit and the Spicy Noodle Soup was a winner. A fusion of rice noodles (Vietnamese) and Tom Yum soup (Thai)😋
