I had a party catered by these fine folks 12/2021 and was super happy with their food and their service! Tiana was very responsive about answering questions and giving advice about food. Everything we ordered was delicious. The price was super reasonable and everything exceeded expectations. We got a lot of compliments and people asking who catered. Thanks for helping throw a great party!!

Finally made it here after friends have been raving for months about the food and service. They were absolutely right! Both my husband and I had the halibut dinner special. The fish was actually still steaming hot when I took my first bite. That's the benefit of a small restaurant with great service. Food was delicious and reasonably priced considering the high quality. The staff were kind and the sandwiches were good, but the cocktails were really poor. Our first was significantly watered down, and the "Bee's Knees" had none of the advertised honey-lavender and gin flavor that made us choose the drink in the first place. It was essentially a lemonade mimosa.
Their cocktail *ideas* sound great on paper, but their execution really missed something.

I have been there for coffee during the day and for dinner in the evening. And unfortunately the level of service are NIGHT and DAY.
PROS
For dinner, the menu is simple and delicious and the hostess are pleasant...they do take a bit long for the food but overall, their food and service was pleasant.
CONS
For coffee during the day is a whole other story - I don't recommend it at all. The menu is limited and the customer service was pretty much non-existent. I went to grab coffee and brought my laptop to work. They are supposed to go to your table but they didn't, so I went up and ordered coffee

Walked in with my wife and daughter and it was pretty empty - there were only two tables with people. We waited several minutes for someone to come by and finally give us our menu (the two servers were talking in the back the whole time). After 15 minutes of additional waiting - no one came to our table to ask if we had questions or to order - we just left. The servers looked surprised but I wasn't willing to give money to a restaurant that had such poor service.

Exceptional food, drinks, and people. This is a place where you go and you truly enjoy your food. This isn't a rush in, inhale your food, and jet kinda place. No...here you will find people who relish in making sure the entire experience is something you'll come back for. And the wizard behind the curtain, Marcus, is amazing. He can make you a standard drink...and they are really good...or he'll ask you some questions and dial in a drink you haven't had before that will absolutely blow your mind. Choose the latter for a truly great experience. Did I mention the food?

I love this place! Fresh juice and soups! This is my favorite spot in Columbia city, an absolute gem! Like most Seattle small businesses they have issues opening on time consistently, lack of variety and a bit too much "drama", I doubt they'll last too much longer.

Five stars for the service and kindness! When eating with a child, sometimes they can be a bit...challenging. I appreciated the woman embracing the situation and using it to connect with my eating buddy and provide a great customer service.
Along with this, the food was fantastic. The butternut squash and carrot soup was savory, sweet, and perfect for a winter evening. I enjoyed the quinoa and kimchi bowl which they allowed me to substitute the egg for tofu.
This is now one of my favorites in Columbia City!
