So glad we decided to move here last summer! Nickcole and Melissa are awesome! Tons of closet space and great floor plan. Also they keep the property so well kept and LOVE all the trees!

I live here 6 months now and must say it’s the best apartment I have lived so far in Conroe. The office staff especially Nicole the Manager are awesome. They take care of everything quick. The maintenance guys are fast and know what they do. It’s been well taken care of everything and the neighbors are really good here.

I lived here for a year this September with my boyfriend and children. I signed another lease and I call this place my home. Nicole , the maint and the other staff are awesome. Could not ask for better people. Thank you all of you for making this place awesome

Maryanna has gone above and beyond to help my family and I call white oaks our home. I will be recommending friends and family to come and make this their home too. I love the tree all around it and the lay out. I'm excited to be moving in at such a short notice.

We are fairly new residents, and have nothing but good things to say. We are always treated with courtesy by office personnel Nickcole and Maryanna. The apts are well maintained and the property is always clean. We visited several apt complexes before we made our decision to move in here and are so happy that we chose White Oak. Oh, also it's in a great location with easy access to many businesses etc.

I'm still in the process of moving in but I already know I will love it. Sandy and Maryanna are awesome and made me feel right at home the first time I met them. A friend lives here that referred me and just renewed his lease. And being in a complex with such beautiful trees and landscaping is a real plus for me.

I moved here the first of September. It's been quiet and peaceful. The property is lovely with the tall trees and the grounds are maintained well. I've needed to call for minor maintenance issues a couple of times and they were handled promptly. I really enjoy living here.
