It was so easy to call and book an appointment. The office scheduled me in for the next day. When I walked in, the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. I filled out one piece of paper for my medical history and was quickly taken back to meet with the doctor. (Seriously only “waited” 15 seconds.) Once in the exam room, the doctor asked if I had any questions, we went through the various eye tests (which he explained each of them well beforehand), and then he asked if I had any additional questions at the end. He was so knowledgeable and answered all of my questions in a helpful and friendly

I have been with them for 10 years and they are absolutely the best ever. No wait and within 30 minutes Im out the door. They appreciate ppl time.

Had a great experience here. Dr. Chuh is very kind and really took the time to explain his evaluation and recommendations. They have all the necessary COVID dividers and cleaned thoroughly between patients. Highly recommend.

Excellent service. Thank you, thank you, thank you! My eyeglass frames broke while I was at work out of town. My regular eye doctor's office recommended I try an office nearby. I found Crystal Eye Care, and the reviews were right! I came in and was able to have my lenses swapped into a new set of frames and was ready to go in 1/2 an hour. The service and attention to detail was so appreciated. I highly recommend this location.

I'm usually nervous to go to the eye doctor. No problems with dentists or doctors but with eyes I'm sensitive. Being new in town I was not sure what to expect. But everybody was very kind and calm. The process was simple and painless. I was able to find a prescription that was very accurate for my needs. I am excited to come back whenever I need to. Thank you for a great visit!

Dr. Chuh is quick and friendly. The office is large and I’ve always had a good experience with the front desk staff. My annual exams take about 15 mins and I have never felt pressured to buy glasses from them. They also validate garage parking. I highly recommend Crystal Eye Care!

I had an eye exam here in May 2017 with a plan to use the prescription to replace scratched lenses in an old pair of sweet frames. Turned out that could not be done. So I had Crystal Eye Care create a pair of glasses for me using their prescription from a month earlier. The "comfort" (for lack of a better word) was a new experience. Every earlier experience in my life of trying on a brand new new pair of glasses made me feel dizzy - and I'd always assumed that was part of getting a new pair of glasses and I think I was even told by the vendor that this was the case. But this time was incredible
