Bishop Kelly High School
Through a diverse and comprehensive education in the Catholic tradition, students prepare themselves to serve God and others in the world community. Our close knit school community is made up of more than 90 faculty and staff members, over 800 students in grades 9 through 12, an incredible group of involved and supportive parents. At Bishop Kelly High School, we educate and develop the whole student in the Catholic tradition - spirit, mind, and body.
Services
Hear from BK Faculty about the classes we offer, and which classes you should take based on your interests and goals. Bishop Kelly is a private, tuition based high school. Through our Foundation we are able to offer a tuition rate that is less than the actual cost to educate our students.

Bishop Kelly Information Knight provides prospective students and their families with an opportunity to learn a great deal about Bishop Kelly in a short amount of time.New students can apply online for admission to BK. Lean more about the process as well as additional enrollment resources and requirements.
At the heart of Bishop Kelly High School's community is our spiritual atmosphere, which sets us apart from other area high schools. Our students are challenged to perform at their full potential, and we pride ourselves on preparing graduates to succeed at the next level of their education. As counselors at Bishop Kelly, our mission is to provide a comprehensive school counseling program that assists all students.
The Bishop Kelly community recognizes the family as the student's first and most influential teacher. Through education and personal experience, we build upon that foundation to prepare each graduate for a lifetime quest to reach excellence. We have a need for Volunteer Classroom Supervisors. This involves supervising the class while the teacher conducts lessons from home via Zoom.
Named for Bishop Edward Kelly, BK was founded on the mission of developing high school students in the Catholic tradition - spirit, mind and body. In our proud history, Bishop Kelly has educated more than 7,500 students.

Among the ranks of the "Alumknights" you'll find doctors, scientists, teachers, authors, artists, professional athletes, policy makers, entrepreneurs, CEO's, vowed religious leaders, decorated military heroes, devoted parents, and everything in-between.Additionally we count thousands of past parents and supporters of Bishop Kelly among our BK family.

There is nothing Christ like with the majority of students and staff at BISHOP KELLY in BOISE. There are a lot of students here who bully and harass other students. My child never had a problem making friends, a sports team and has attended Catholic High Schools prior to Bishop Kelly. My daughter, a cheerleader said she never thought kids could be so nasty. The staff will do nothing to keep your teenager safe. I guess... Once Upon a Time prior to 2014/2015 this was a great school. In December 2021 almost 2022 this school in my experience has been exactly what I read on the 1&2 star reviews

The administrators at Bishop Kelly seem to be unavailable to parents and students. I had an academic concern that I brought to the vice principal and I was completely disregarded. She must have been busy dealing with other disgruntled parents by the way I was dismissed. She had a very snooty and cavalier attitude when I spoke with her on the phone and didn’t seem the least bit interested in doing what was right or fair. Rather, she acted like I was wasting her time. I subsequently emailed the principal to follow up and I never received a response from him either. I am surprised and disappointed

For the most part, the bishop Kelly baseball concession program delivers. The otter pops are phenomenal and u get lots of bang for ur buck. That being said, production of burgers is kinda slow so don't come hungry. Overall I gave it a 4/5 because of the above.

Even up in northern Idaho, all the coaches are saying, "Watch out for Bishop Kelly, they're pretty good."
Come on, why you gotta be so good? lol

I was working with Bishop Kelly High School's choir. I took my portable studio equipment to record them singing the National Anthem, to be played at BK sporting events. They were all very nice and respectful. The school was also very clean and orderly.

I hate this school. Their kids are always the smartest, the fastest and the nicest in Boise. Anytime we go to a track meet or football game where BK is involved, the other parents just grumble because you know the BK kids are probably going to win. You make all of us non BK parents really upset for not taking our kids there. GRRRRRR.

I couldn't have been prouder of an academic institution. The education was amazing, faculty was so inspiring, and the sports are always leading the way.

This school was... wait for it... top of the class.
