As a family-owned non-emergency medical transportation provider located in Katy, Texas, we at Advance Mobility Transportation acknowledge our 90-year-old mother, who used a wheelchair before her passing, as the source and inspiration of our experience and strong compassion.

$95 to transport a mile and a half just because I have a wheelchair. The company says I've never used them for transport and that is absolutely true because after I called them and they quoted me that price to go a mile and a half there was no way I was going to pay that. So a friend of mine rented a trailer and we put my wheelchair on the trailer and transported me. It cost me $16.47 to rent the trailer. And of course I use a power wheelchair that weighs 450 lbs so you can't just throw it in the car.

Great Customer Service. They were very helpful when I needed to book transportation for a family member. They were very knowledgeable and courteous with any questions I had. My father enjoyed his trip and they got him to and from his appointment on time. I highly recommend their services for any future needs and will book again for my father for his appointments.

First of, I want to start by saying that the service was great. They were punctual with the pick up time and provided good communication. Dwight, who I believe may be the owner was very helpful and kind. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because I think the cost is too high. This business charges the ride from their establishment to the pick up address, if they are picking you up from the airport. Quite unreasonable to charge a customer for a time that they are not in the vehicle. Imagine if every ride share charged for the time it took them to come get you, yikes. On top of that there

Save your money, use another service. The driver was incredibly nice but the company adds significant hidden fees. (Somehow a round trip of 14 miles turned into a mileage fee of 34.) Dwight is happy to give you free guilt trips if you inquire about why your bill is so high.

I’m not always able to drive my parents to their appointments so I had to find a reliable service with kind people. My friend recommended this company to me and I will only use this company from now to drive my parents to their doctor appointments. The owner and the driver are kind and caring people. I had been looking for a reliable and local small business to drive my late grandmother between appointments. Over several months last year and pre-COVID Advanced Mobility Transportation brought her to and from multiple routine doctors' appointments. The driver was always on time and made a good personal connection with the passengers. I would recommend this service to my other grandparents and my friend's family.
