We pay 100% of the first month's management fee (up to $150) for property management contracts. Sending a client to AZ Property Management Group is a great way to keep everybody happy.
If your toilet won't drain properly, use a plunger to attempt to restore normal function. As you pump the plunger, be careful not to flush the toilet, or you could cause the toilet to overflow and flood your bathroom. Many household drains can also be cleared using a plunger. If your shower or sink drain regularly clogs, you may need to fish out any debris lodged in the pipes.
Moving into a new home is an exciting time, but it can also prove quite stressful. You'll need to pay your first month's rent and your security deposit at the lease signing.
A rental application must be signed and processed on all prospective occupants 18 years of age or older. A non- refundable application fee must be paid for each applicant leasing for 31 days or more. All prospective occupants will be qualified on the following four (4) criteria; 1) Income/employment 2) Credit 3) Rental history and 4) Criminal history.

We own a home that is managed by this company. The home is constantly with new tenants and both the front and back yard is a wreck, the weeds in the back go above our 6 foot tall brick wall separating our yards. We live in an HOA association and got a notice for one of the many renters living in the home parking in front of my house night after night.

I was a little nervous to rent a home run by a property management company as I usually seek homes managed by the homeowner themselves. However, I have to say I really lucked out with this one! Ryan & Eric have been great! Extremely helpful, friendly & professional. Very attentive. The house I was renting was sold last minute & I had very little time to find a new one.
