Use this essential checklist to help make your move to Eastern North Carolina as seamless and stress-free as possible! It usually takes a few weeks for the post office to process your change of address and start forwarding your mail, so request it at least two weeks before the move.

We couldn't be happier with the beautiful home Weaver Homes built for us. The craftsmanship is outstanding, with meticulous attention to detail evident in every corner of the house. From the stunning kitchen to the elegant bathrooms, everything was completed tp perfection. We were particularly impressed with the landscaping work they did. It was totally unexpected. Sod was laid down along with a nice tree and bushes boarded our front entry way! The team was professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. They made sure all of our needs were met and kept us informed every step of the way. They even notified us that our build would be done a full month ahead of schedule! If you're looking for a home builder who delivers exceptional quality and service, look no further than Weaver Homes. Highly recommended!

We just moved into our new home built by weaver homes. They worked back and forth with us for a long time do to crazy COVID making the prices of metals skyrocket. We finally started construction and the process was very easy. They were very responsive to question we had during the construction process. I would definitely recommend Weaver Homes if you atr looking a builder.

Nothing is quality.
Electrical circuits short circuited before the closing on the house was completed. They repair one thing only to break something else. Paint splatter on all the baseboards and floors. Pencil marks on everything, obviously no one took any pride in these construction homes and it shows. The property lines are skewed & you can’t contact the survey company.
Avoid this company.

The new homes they build come with a one year warranty. However, they do not honor the warranty. I have 3 issues that need resolved. I have emailed them (you can only contact them via email) and they respond saying someone will contact me regarding the warranty issue and they never do. Now, they no longer respond to emails. Hoping this review will get them to respond and resolve the issues.
