Bradley, Manuela and Marcel decided to start Palmer Rey PLLC after having practiced immigration law in the Detroit area for many years. They found that their individual fields complemented one another's and that their goals were similar. They believe that utter dedication is what wins a case and makes a business thrive.
U.S. citizenship is typically obtained through (1) birth in the United States, (2) naturalization of a Legal Permanent Resident, and (3) birth abroad from U.S. parent(s) or grandparent(s). Because citizenship laws have changed over the years, it isn't always easy to determine if someone is a U.S. citizen.

Through a miraculous series of events and the knowledge and experience of Palmer Rey my husband’s deportation order was overturned by the BIA hours before he was scheduled to leave the country. Thanks to Eric Sproull and Bradley Maze for helping us to build a case that allowed my husband to stay in the US, now he has been approved for his green card.
