Tajuana is very knowledgeable about the body and nutrition! As a former athlete you’d think it’s a piece of cake to drop the stubborn 20lbs of weight (but nope!). My body went through a few health changes the last few years (as well as my bad eating habits and lackluster workouts). Tajuana was great at motivating and I even received cavitation as a jump start. After 3 days I was shocked to see noticeable reduction in my love handles and my midsection. She takes her time and is very results driven (she wants you to look good). Nothing is a magic pill. Not B12 shots. Not cavitation. Nothing.

Tajuana is amazing! She is incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. I used a Groupon for 4 rounds of B-12 injections. However, looking at the results of some of her clients, I'm going to book a laser lipo treatment. The spa is incredibly clean and sterilized. Social distancing and masks are also in place so I feel safe going to treatments during COVID. I highly recommend Tijuana and Glamour Health and Wellness Medical Spa.
