I visited Innovative Medspa Lincoln Park for the first time yesterday. I had microneedling with PRP from Mila and a botox flip from Brooke. Both experiences were exceptional. There is already a dramatic difference in my skin from the microneedling - every one of my girl friends are asking me where I went and what I had done. My fine lines have disappeared completely and the texture of my skin is that of a newborn baby. It is too early to see results in my lip from the botox but Brooke was great and definitely knows what's she's doing! I already can't wait for my next visit.

Visited this spa in Wicker Park with Groupon certificate. From the moment I booked my appoinment, and stepped in, got my treatment, left - what an amazing experience!
Great service and they make you feel like they really care. I also absolutely love their booking system through the text! No need to call, wait or whatever, simply text when you want to come in and they will try their best to accomodate it.
I would greatly recommend this salon and look forward to coming back soon!

Jessica and Kelly are the absolute best and I trust them fully on all things skin. They ask what I’m looking to improve, listen and keep me within my comfort zone and never over do it when it comes to Botox etc. I was going to a derm in river north for the past 5 years and wish I knew about the Med Spa sooner and switched over. I have only done one session so far, but will update once I have finished my treatments to review the results. I bought a package of 3 laser hair removal sessions for a large area on Groupon (such a steal - definitely check before buying a package!), and they honored it with absolutely no issues. I simply texted them to make an appointment and they fit me in in a timely manner (I was worried I wouldn't be able to get on the schedule before the Groupon expired, but it wasn't an issue). I've used the Innovative "family" for different reasons, having become familiar with them when Medical Cannabis became legal in Illinois. I was Covid tested there, as they were one of the first places you could drive up, and several Ketamine infusion treatments. This review pertains to their MedSpa. I NEVER thought I'd use Botox or anything, but...turns out I will! Innovative med spa: Jessica and Kelly are two amazing professionals and truly love what they do. I did lip fillers (Juvederm) with Jessica and will never regret it. I was quite hesitant at first because I didn't want my lips to look very un natural but Jessica explained to me the full process and we started step by step. In my first session I saw the results instantly and fell in love, very natural and my upper lip grew perfectly and she even made it more formed. This was my first experience getting a micro needling treatment. Although I tolerate pain very well, I was still a bit nervous, as Ive heard mixed reviews.
Shay was fantastic. Took her a bit to open up (which was probably more me calming down haha), but she took her time during the procedure and was very thorough about what was occurring and specific expectations.
I look forward to seeing the results of the first treatment, as well as continuing with the recommended number of sessions moving forward.

Let me start by saying that Jessica is awesome! I've been seeing her for all of my "upkeep" needs since moving to Chicago.
